    Most efficiant set up

I have 2 1000 watt HPS HIDs and one 400 watt MH. I plan on using the 400 MH for the vegetation room and the other 2 X 1000 HPS systems in the bud room.

I have never grown with a hydro set up, I'm new to it but have been doing plenty of research. I want to put together a bud room using a hydro set-up that is most efficient yielding with 2 1000 watt bulbs.

With 2 1000 watt bulbs, what kind of hydro set up will maximize my crop? Ebb and Flow, Aeroponic, NFT or Drip Watering???

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

If you want to see a really good hydro setup that is pretty much exactly what you are looking for - click cannabis FAQ at the top of this page, then go to cannabis FAQ + comprehensive FAQ. Scroll down until you see Hydroponics then look for ebb and flow. There is a thread that says - how do I grow single cola sea of green in ebb and flow? Read that thread! The method that he shows is a very efficient hydro method and produces a ton of herbs. Did you used to grow in soil? I did too - and now I do ebb n flow hydro. Its a lot faster than soil but its more work and easier to fuck up. IMHO ebb and flow is the best hydro method - it has the speed of hydro minus all the fittings and hoses of aeroponics and buckets. All that extra shit leads to a grip of cleaning and adjusting and Im just not into doing a bunch of extra stuff. aight then.

I use a drip system and think its pretty easy. Once you have your line off your pump with a few stakes for each plant you don't have to mess with it ever. But thats just imo. I think it really comes down to what you like and want.

i find that the dripp methods are abselutly great for using makeshift setups... but an ebb and flow is better when u buy the tables and stuff, but either method is extremely easy to make or set up, if you plant on using hydro and 2 1000wtters then u might want to think about something ehhh less maintenace like a circulating dwc wich is very good one space and is very easy to maintain if used with recirculation..

I have never used DWC. How is it less maintenence than ebb and flow?
