Try to give yourself a reason to want to get up early like going for a nice walk, or jog. Maybe take a bike ride. Nothing beats morning cardio. Also consider eating a healthier diet. I don't eat a whole lot though. I would eat breakfast but I wake up too late. I always eat subway for lunch though. I skipped on dinner tonight 'cause we had pizza and there was nothing I could find I wanted.

I think I may try this melatonin stuff...
