B/C ATT got too big, they had to stop lobbying for the NET NEUTRALITY BILL because of alot of pressure. BUT its only a few more years til they pull out the BILL again, the government will privatize the internet and allow a company to decide which areas get fast/slow service, and which areas get all/limited websites.

they need to keep about 1.600.000.000 minds at work. How do you think they are turning into a superpower? most of the people work for less than a dollad per day. They need to keep them out of the freedom of the internet cause then, they will ask for more. So keeping them disconnected from the rest of the world, its easier for their goverment to control them.
