    Another source for CFLs

    Hey all,

Been trying to sort out and research what I want and/or need for a small cab set-up. I've seen all the references to Wal-mart and Home Depot/Lowes.
Another place that has a good selection is one not widely know. Grainger.
    Grainger Industrial Supply
There might be a slight issues with them selling to general public, but it's worth a shot.

Whats up this is my first post. I just wanted to say that i noticed the biggest cfl the general public can get is 42 watt. Which most are 6500k color temp. Which is good for veg.. the ones with a color temp of 2700k ar like 26w. which is good for flowering. but the wattage sucks. I seen today that they now have a 42 watt cfl in the 2700k color temp made by invision sold at homedepot. walmart sells ge 42 watt 6500k. You can go to generel electric website to find out what lites are in what color range. and write down the model number. maybe this dont make no sense. "shrugs" but i think it might help you and others out.

Walmarts 42 watt "GE soft white" cfls are 2700k , there "GE daylight" cfl's are the 6500k. they sell 26 watt versions of both bulbs. 3-pks of the 26watt ones are the best value for the money/lumens.

damit. yes you are right. ohwell looks like i got the 2700k's early. then it is homedepot that sells the 6500k in 42 watt. 1000bulbs.com sells just about every range of cfls there are. from 2-200w cfl's. and all different range's of color in the same watt's with most
