In order to expedite our ability to process the request, the following format
(including section numbers) must be used.
A proper notification must have at least the following information:
1. Identification in detail of the copyrighted work claimed to have been
infringed on and the site it appears on.
2. Identification of the material that Complainant claims is infringing the
copyrighted work listed in item #1 above (or a representative list/links of
such works at that site).
3. Information reasonably sufficient to permit GreenGrassForums to
contact Complainant (email address is preferred).
4. The following statement: "I have a good faith belief that use of the
copyrighted materials described above on the allegedly infringing web pages
is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law, including
but not limited to copyright exceptions such as fair use doctrine which
allow use for news, parodies, research, and review."
5. The following statement: "I swear, under penalty of perjury, that the
information in the notification is accurate and that I am the copyright
owner or am authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right
that is allegedly infringed."
6. Clear identification & physical or electronic representation of
signature of the copyright owner or person authorized to act on behalf of
the copyright owner.
Note: Anonymous or incomplete messages will not be dealt with.

Compliance
GreenGrassForums shall not be considered liable for any individuals action
to present copyrighted materials or content given the mandate to share and
communicate freely using the internet, as enshrined in the Universal Declaration
of Human Rights. However,
GreenGrassForums may be required by law to remove
or block access to identified content upon receipt of a proper notice of
copyright infringement.
Such action shall be enforced on summary receipt of required information as
stated above & member(s) warned to desist from distributing such materials as
required.
It is
GreenGrassForums policy to terminate the privileges of members who
commit repeat violations.
Disclaimer
While every reasonable effort shall be made to comply with such notifications,
it is the Complainants responsibility to provide complete and accurate
information relating to any suspected infringements to ensure prompt action.
GreenGrassForums shall not be held liable for delay caused by failure to
present infringement notifications correctly, requiring permitted verification
of materials or copyright holder claims as protection against false or malicious
actions.
