I am a CT MMJ Cardholder with a diagnoses of HIV/Aids. Is it possible to have a RI Caregiver obtain my medication for me since I cannot purchase directly from a dispensary? Is it legal? I do not want to do anything that jeopardizes my cardholder status. It will be a few more months before we see any dispensaries here in CT.
