I hot knived. I did it right, because smoke started to come out of my hash (obviously). It was about 10 minutes ago.
I used a ball around O big and put pressure on it to flatten it out.
I inhaled the smoke and felt a buzz soon after. Now, 10 minutes after I initially smoked it, my high is gone, and I feel completely sober.
WTF?
Are you sure its hash?
And not...resin.

throw it in a bowl. imo hot knifes is a waste && did you use a bottle or anything to funnel the smoke??
It seems like you had smoked a very small amount of hash... as the effects were gone too fast. Or you are not smoking properly, or the hash have very low quality, or your tolerance is simply too high.
Hash is easy to adulterate and my experiences with it have varied wildly - from effects bordering on those of LSD (kind of entering the anteroom of the psychedelic realm; not quite there but hallucinations "around the edges") to a headache and not much more.
The taste should have a "headiness", or a "vapory, oily mintiness" - hard to really describe. If you've ever made cannabutter, the smell of hash is in the same ballpark as that. Or more precisely, that's what the hash that I used to get smelled like.
We had this one little ball of it in college which was like an Everlasting Gobstobber. It was about half the size of a marble, and it lasted for months. No matter how much we smoked, it just lasted...and lasted...and lasted.
Good luck. We used to simply use a metal bowl and hold the flame over it for a long time. You might give that a shot. I've read about the knife thing for many years but I've never tried it.
smoke it in a bong, take big hits. Cheap hash like that is just weak, you'll never get as stoned off it as you would weed. Too much CBD, not enough THC...

Marijuana with high levels of CBN generally make the toker feel disoriented and often sleepy or groggy, often referred to as a stupefying high. At best CBN contains only 10 percent of the psychoactive potency of the original THC.
yes... the CBD is present in greater quantities in the indicas, so the couchlock.
hot knife isnt good, did that once and went back to traditional means.
tried hot knives again. same 10 minute high. I smoked 20 min ago and I'm sober now.
well stop trying hot knives. are you using a bottle to funnel the smoke? just use a bowl or a bong.
That just looks like some dirty hash. I say smoke a good amount of it in a bong, that should save the day.
I'll try that later on today.
hmm when i did hash oil with hot knives i got high for a good 2 hours, almost made me puke from the roller coaster effect best oil ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
but that's because hash oil is way better
