is 90 degrees F too high? if so, what will happen if it stays that hot? whats the highest acceptable temp?
yes, too hot; will cause many males, and loads of stretch and stress.
i'd say 80f is the highest you want to go, with 75 being ideal. i like to keep my temps in the sixties in veg, low eighties in flower.
thanks KP. i have a 465 cfm exhaust and a regular oscilating fan in a closet thats about 130 cubic feet. i can't seem to get the temps much lower. I managed to achieve a steady 83 now, but with summer coming i'm a little woorried i wont be able to keep it cool enough. Any recommendations? i dont really want to spend the money on a portable A/c unit. is there nothing else that can help my situation?
improve your ventilarion. You should make sure the window in the room starys open. and exhaust into another room or attic.
exhaust is going into attic. good call with the window. thanks
Say amazing is the exhaust fan cooling a light or what. Are you pulling air from the top of the room? Ballast outside of the room? Just wanna hear a little more on how your clos is set up. Lets see some friggin pics.
A great idea for a better analysis.Quote:

SUX THAT I HAVE TO RUN MY LIGHTS DURING THE DAY,, SO THE FRIGGIN THIEVIN' BASTARDS DON'T KNOW THERE IS STILL A GROW GOING ON IN MY FLOWER ROOM.
sorry, no camera, no pics. exhaust is pulling from the top of the room, not over light. id rather not buy another reflector so that i can pull air over the light. currently i can't vent through my light. my ballast is outside of the room. oh ya, its a 600 watter.
Boyznus- doesn't co2 make your room hotter?
I'm not boyznus, but, no, the temp needs to be high for the co2 to be effective.
this is correct dusto; you are not boynus. excellent work. just jokin around bro. thanks for the clarification on the co2
THNX DUSTO, WAS TOO BUSY DOING OTHER THINGS. THNX FOR THE PICK UP OF MY WORK.
