You have to know certain doctors that will sign you off, but you have to have a legit excuse.
You have to live in a MM friendly state. Have a condition such as anorexia,arthritis,insomnia,MS, etc... and you have to get a recommendation from a physician. Once you have gotten tha far weed is pretty much legal for you within your state. Then you can go to a cannabis club/medical dispnesary, same thing, and purchase weed,hash,edibles,kief,clones,seeds,etc...
Jeez instead of flooding this thread with a million opinions on the matter, why dont you do homework specific for your area?

where did u get that from? is that actually a fact or just you came up with that theory when you were blitzed out of your mind. im just curious because i have never heard that before

Basically, the way the law is written in California, all you need is a doctor saying you have some condition that requires the use of medical marijuana. I think in Canada you have to have a specific condition listed in their law, but I don't really know.
You sound like you don't have a condition and are just trying to figure out how to abuse the system, which I personally don't have a problem with, but when the information is so easy to find on a simple google search I don't see why you need much more help than has been given.
i was approved for medicial marijuana for chronic pain due to my ulcers, also i have severe social anxiety and panic attacks.
i didnt understand because most people say marijuana can provoke anxiety and even panic attacks, but it helps me out. so yeah, thats how i got my card.
too bad most shops where i live are shut down. thats southern california for ya.
Here in Oregon.....it's hella easy.
You fill out the application, send in your doctors note with it...and your hospital recordds...
....and 100$..
...then you can grow your own!!!

Well if you are under 18 (like me) it depends on the doctor, but yes BOTH parents have to sign. I still haven't gone but I know I need both parents, plus I want to make sure the doc isn't against minors using cannabis. But you could even just pay a doctor enough and they wouldn't give a fuck.Quote:

Different strains can treat different ailments, I have just started toking up because I heard it helps Crohn's disease, and the first batch I got didn't do squat, but the stuff I have now really helps....almost as good as the prescribed steroids only without the side effectsQuote:
