plant 8 weeks into flowering! pics!

i am starting my third week tommorow and she has tiny hairs, so i can feel ya bro, cuz the anticipation is killin me here so i know what its doing for you. lol

hey dude, all those little bananas mean that things gone hermi on you...You might wanna spray it w/water and pluck them little things.

I circled the things in red so you know what i'm talking about. Those are pollen sacks. What color are the trichomes?.

yea thats a hermie,do you have any light leaks in your flowering room? or have you stressed them?

yeah i figured it was a hermie but its so pretty.. im not that worried about it being a hermie cuz i wouldnt mind the seeds! however, i do have a question -- hermies are ready for harvest faster ?? do you really think i need to harvest it ???

the truth is i cant really see the trichomes cuz i just ordered a magnifying glass a couple days ago and im supposed to recieve it soon...

what do you suggest i do though? harvest now? wait til i get my magnifying glass? what?

by the' way, i dont think ive stressed it in anyway i got 5 other plants that are fine -- dont have those banana things growing on em and i dont believe my hermie has pollenated the other plants.

Theres alot of male flowers there. In My Opinion i would harvest now. You may find it hard to pluck ALL the flowers off and just a few could cause alot of problems. However it takes a week or so for the seeds to start developing, if the pollen sacks have only just appeared take Dusto's advice about spray and pluck and let the bud mature.
Get some more opinions. But choose quickly.
Nice looking buds though, pretty colours. Did u let the temps down to colour the leaves or is it genetic?

hey thanks for responding -- well actually the male side hasnt just appeared, its been there for quite awhile but i can already see seeds forming in a couple of the colas....

shit, i dunno what to do. what would be the purpose of spraying the buds with water? i plucked a couple of them banana thingies out. hope it helps.

shame about the hermie problem, i say just pluck as many as you can before you harvest, and then keep your eye on it when you go to dry it out...

basically, i didnt harvest it yet since the trichomes dont seem ready but in a few more days they should be. i check them every day.

to answer some questions, i ordered these seeds from everyonedoesit.com (i live in France, and i know they do not ship to the US) in the Fantaseed section - http://www.everyonedoesit.co.uk/onli...ProductID=2647, however i have grown these in the past and they never became purple like this one. I dunno what i did different to this one!

So right now they're starting on their 10th week of flowering....
maybe i should harvest soon!

it was the temperature, (which could be why it hermied???) if the temps go to about 50-55F the plant turns purple, and red, and all sorts... check your temperature...

yeah i think you might be right. come to think of it, i have never really checked the temperature during the night (dark cycle) but during the day it stabilizes at about 22°C (approx 71°F) so it should not be dropping down that much (55°F seems a bit excessive) at night.

i should have turned on the heater though! ah well, next time =p
