I was going to wait untill noon to start, but I find myself staring at the 4oz bottle of Tussin (354mg DXM *ONLY*) and I said to myself "fuck it."
Thus I will now start my ride on the DXM train, along with a gram or so of weed along the way. I sit here sober, T-0:05 and counting...
I've just polished off a bowl off my "one-hitter" homemade pipe (coax cable connector end and treated foil) and took the first "shot" of dxm chased with water. Not too bad! (Tussin is notorius for it's horrid taste, I don't see where it gets that reputation).
Will repeat this several times over the next 10-20 min probably (untill the bottle's finished off and all 4oz (354mg DXM) are safe in my stomach.
....weed's kicking in a bit.
Packed/smoked another tiny bowl and took another shot. I attempted to swallow the syrup while holding the weed's smoke in my lungs... there's that garbage taste :(. It's bad but definatly manageable.
Weed's starting to mildly buzz as the hint of nausea I just had after the shot fades away...
Damn... this shit DOES taste like crap. Almost gagged off the last shot, feeling somewhat high off the weed. This might take longer than I expected...
Without weed I'm pretty sure I would've gagged up those 5 slices of bread i just remembered I ate about 30 minutes ago. Damn.. hope I won't be seeing those again anytime soon.
Almost done with the bottle, plenty of weed to go. I'm pretty high right now, hopefully that'll help any nausea I may encounter (which I probably will... do big plastic bag's have integrity enough to hold vomit?
Finished the last of the syrup, took another hit. Thanks to weed I'm feeling nice!
I'm gonna take a piss then watch some T.V. will the DXM kicks in...
Just had a little Good morning chat with my grandma. No big deal. Feeling high and thankfully no nausea (but something else... that lingering feeling you get in your stomach when you've just drank 4oz of glucose-laden cough syrup).
No DXM effects felt so far (aside from the physical presence of it's contents in my stomach).
Whatever synergistic effects pot and dxm have together I am experiencing right now, and boy are they great! I feel HIGH..... and I can feel my pupils dilitating! (or at least that's sure as hell what it feels like under this state... man I'm pretty fucked up).
This is the highest I've ever felt before (from pot). I'm sure I have the DXM to thank, but it shouldn't be kicking in so soon..... I am grateful for drug synergy.
By the way... I only smoked about 4 hits worth of weed (i'd say 200mg), and I usually don't feel this high after a fucking gram. Time for another hit!
Stood up to take a toke: HOLY SHIT! I AM SO FUCKING HAPPY RIGHT NOW! 30 minutes felt like 4 minutes. I can't believe I'm this high this soon

I feel NO NEGATIVE EFFECTS WHATSOEVER. This is just great, best trip I've had in a very long time (second maybe to an MDMA trip I had a month or so ago). I feel weird though... like warmth is covering my body. Not bad!
I love weed, I wish I would stop treating it like shit like I've been doing lately... I need to go back to my old ways of total appriciation for it... not cut down (I smoke every day, I don't think I could cut down so easy :p), just treat it with the respect it deserves.

I highly recommend consuming about 350mg of DXM along with a nickle of weed... the two join together to form SUPER HIGH! Man shit is spinning around or something, I don't even know anymore. Still not really any mausea unless I sit/lay in a certain position.

All in all, it was the shit. It felt like 100000 years, and yet it also felt like a few seconds. Best DXM trip by far. Not WAY too powerfull, but strong enough to be...... perfect! I didn't vomit at all during any part of the trip (I was expecting to, though).

Sounds fun. I hear you about the dissociative stuff. Last time I did DMX and weed together I was in my own little world. I couldn't keep my eyes open, but I wasn't tired at all. It felt like I was on a diffrent plane of existance. No visuals though.

Sorry bro, im a little stoned over and i worded that wrong,youre misinterpreting (sp)what i said(was trying to say) DXM isnt anything to mess with and is a powerful experience for most but trying to tell everyone about is very hard to do as the true sensations are hard to put into words...

Until youve been on that side their kind of like "empty words". DXM is a very fascinating experience and not the kind of thing youd like to do frequently. Ususally everyone experiences these disassociative sensations that overwhelm the senses.Well mr chinnery if youre as into exploration as you say then you would benefit alot more by trying it for youself than reading all this.

Sorry Brad, didn't mean to give the impression I was super-experienced with drugs, because i'm not. First hand experience is of course best, but for me theres a bit of a stigma attached to getting spazzed off a cough syrup. Each to their own though!
I took a 4oz. bottle of "Tussin" brand cough syrup (Osco brand).
No hangover or anything like that, IMO it's the perfect dose (enough for a level 3 trip, but not enough to make you feel like shit afterwards). In fact, I ended up staying awake and going out later on untill about midnight, woke up this morining at 8am, and felt surprisingly refreshed.
I haven't posted anything like this before, and I probably won't again... if I do, I'll write the entire experience out in notepad or something and post it in its entirety afterwards :o. I still can't believe I posted like 25 times haha.
