More cop harrassment (hide your papers/wraps when you buy them!)

Well I was pulled over for 1 of my taglights being out a few streets from my moms house about a month ago and was charged with 2 grams and paraphernalia (stupid situation, I got what I deserved).

2 weeks after that I was at the 7-11 100ft from where I was pulled over buying blunt wraps, as I'm walking out and putting the wraps in my pocket a cop is sitting in the parking lot. I am with my brother and a friend in my brothers car this time so I get in the back seat and then the cop circles the gas pumps twice slowly and we sat there and watched his dumb ass. As soon as we start going he gets behind us and pulls my brother over in the same spot I was pulled over. He gets him for a cracked/chipped taillight (hes never been pulled over before in years for this). I tell my brother to take the baggy he has in his pocket and put it somewhere else NOW because the cop is going to ask him to walk to the back of the car and search him (for no fucking reason). He hides it in a sliding tray next to the steering wheel (dumbass) and sure enough he asks him to step out. My brother agrees to a search of the car like an idiot even with his shitty stash spot. They search the entire car (after telling us what good searchers they are) and find nothing and then search us, they found the blunt wraps in the back seat and say "what are the blunt wraps for?" and I tell them for a friend (they were). The stop is ended with us standing there quietly and one of the cops saying "get out of here". :wtf:

Then my mom calls me tonight saying her friend was seen buying blunt wraps from that 7-11 and got pulled over in the same spot also! The cost also asked them what the wraps were for. Fucking pigs!!

wow man, that is so dumb.

where do u live, becuase i know that the Philly area is banning blunts from gas stations and stuff. some tard is on a rampage with removing paraphernalia from gas stations and such since anyone can get them.

just go back and do it again with out any weed so he'll pull you over and then when he asks you what they're for call him a pig and tell him it's none of his goddamn business

One of my buddys at in high school use to save his roaches and try to toss them in cop cars. He figured if the roach was found in the cop car, shit would just hit the fan. . .we never found out. . .

That's exactly what I would do. See if I had weed on me when he pulled me I wouldn't be acting like an ass even though I would want to be. But if he pulled me over for me buying a blunt wrap i'd tell his pig ass off.

My thoughts exactly. That was an illegal search. The cops had no probable cause for a warrantless search in that situation. Hire a lawyer and sue them fuckers.

Nothing he can do, he consented.

It sucks because cops can be ruthless. They'll look for the littlest reason to pull you over. You really gotta be careful at what you expose the public too.

I'd love for a cop to harass me for buying a legal blunt. Especially if I didnt have any weed. Cops are so completely full of shit. As long as you arent driving around with a freshly hot-boxed stolen car with a cracked windshield and a rag for a gas cap, if a cop pulls you over there is NO way he would have probable cause to search legally. It is your DUTY as a cannabis enthusiast to waste as much of the cops time, and give him as much attitude as possible (if you arent holding). Remember, its not against the law to give cops shit!

^^^ that's just stupid... maybe in bigger towns that is ok... but in smaller towns, eventually you will run into the same cop again... and he will give you every bit of shit back he can.... and they have a nack for showing up at just the wrong time.

The only person who's time you'd be wasting by doing that is you. If you have something that looks like drugs, but they cannot prove is drugs on the scene, they WILL hold you until they get a lab analysis. So, if you're gonna try that, don't do it on a friday night or you could end up in the pen until the lab opens on monday. The cop is gonna go home and enjoy his weekend while you sit in jail and eat shitty sandwiches and shit in front of strangers. fuck THAT.

here in scotland i dont think you can get done for paraphinallia (or however you spell it) so carrying skins isnt a problem either cause i smoke roll your own ciggarettes, working as a mechanics aswell you descover lots of pop off trims in the car which are perfect places to hide weed

next time pull out salvia and wave it in his face after telling him its 100% legal, and then to put the icing on the cake roll it and smoke it in front of him ;)

Oh don't get me wrong if there was no weed in the car they would have definitely had my foot up their ass for all that shit. But I was too busy sweating my brothers stash, and with his shitty hiding spot I was like 90% sure they were going to find it and I didn't want to look like an idiot after bitching about it all, even though the entire situation was still bullshit.

You should really learn your fourth amendment rights...

i wanna become a cop just so i can pull over stoners, search their car, find their stash, and then smoke with 'em (out of my own stash, of course)
