Advice for a stoner

I used to smoke pot for about a year on and off, February 5th or 6th I quit. During that time I drank lots of water (like a gallon or a gallon and a half) and worked out like crazy included with this I have a really really fast metabolism. The mistake I made was that I smoked at a party and took about 3-4 bong hits on March 2rd but I have a piss test on the 8th of March.
So being paranoid I drank like a gallon or 2 each day and worked out the 3rd, 4th and 5th of March But today and tomorrow I don't plan on working out but eating lots of food and drinking lots of water. I have read the stickies and the guides, so 3rd, 4th and 5th of March I took Multi Vitamin Centrum pills with my water, ate lots of meat, and worked out.

With your advices and experiences do you think I will pass with the methods that I have done so far?
Also what would you guys advise me to do today and tomorrow?

Just keep drinking water and keeping your metabolism up.

Dinking lots of water days before the test will not help clean you out. Drinking water the day of the test will help and it is called the dilution method. Sports drinks are better though. If you are not overweight and your body was clean before that one time high, most people can clear a one time high in about 5 days give or take.

Man, I wouldn't sweat it much. I smoked for years about 4-7 grams per week and quit for 3 weeks in which I think I got clean. Then I smoked 4.5 grams of mid-grade commercial over 4 days. After 11 days I passed a "first check" home THC test. At 14 days I took another home test from WalGreens and passed that too. I Have single digit body fat and, I suppose a fast metabolism, but I only exersized maybe 5 times during that period. I am going in a little dilluted tomorrow(16 days clean), but I think that I'll be fine for a pre-employ screen. Please re-post if you passed or failed. I will do the same. I came here for test advice originally and saw that most just take their test and don't tell anyone about the outcome. For me personally, I liked seeing when people passed, and what they did to do it. I have been up several nights worrying about this test and have read hundreds of posts trying to reassure myself. Just don't go in super-saturated and screw yourself because of too much dilution. You are probably fine right now. P.S. A $15 home THC test could put your mind to rest today. 50ng/ml seems to be the standard for tests at home or a lab unless you have federal probation or a high security test.

Thanks for the advice guys, I am thinking that I might pass as well. Yes I will repost if I pass or not, but yeah this piss test is for the Navy lol. I'm actually quitting bud for a while just in case they do random drug tests.

Good luck PaulyBoy, I passed my pre-employ yesterday. Just be careful in the military though, I got kicked out of the Marines in '95 for smoking a doobie. It isn't worth it to try to beat the system while your in it. Just wait till you get out.
