Sir Edward the Penguin Cookie Jar Gravity Bong

The title says it all. I made my first gravity bong today from a 2L pop bottle and a ceramic penguin cookie jar, named it Sir Edward, and proceeded to get stoned out of my mind. I'm just coming down from an amazing trip now... alot of my friends also find that gravity bongs somehow give better hits. Does anyone else share this opinion/know why?

Also, anyone have good tips for impoved use of gravity bongs?

I'm gonna try to get my hands on a digi cam so i can post pics of it... looks so funny smokin' out of a headless penguin.

What's the cookie jar for? I just drain it in a sink or outside, unless our concepts of gravity bongs are different.

Wow, I'm a moron. All this time I've been using a G-bong, I didn't even think to put the stem tube in the water. :p The way I did it is the stem tube just barely touched the top of the water in the bottle.

I need to lay off the smoke. I'm going retarded.

you havent hit a gravity bong until it been filtered by the water! its the best hit in the world. hands down. then put a bunch of ice in the bottle, it will make your body temp drop its so cold!
the only thing you need to know is that it has to be super sealed up and the stem cant be longer than the bottom of the bottle. see the red line on the bottle? thats where it bubbles.

naw dude i just recently found out that this would work, been a theory for a long time but never tryed it until seeing a vid on youtube.

looks nice dude, i've always wanted to make the stem go under water for the filtered hit, but im using a socket for the bowl and like the bottom is square so i dont know what to use that would be airtight. I've seen that vid too i think its called the blisset bucket or soem shit lol.

Every time I've ripped one of those (~10) it's been referred to as a force bong.
