Iv taken shit my whole life, and this is the were the line ends. I wanna punch this kid in his face. but whenever i am about to my stomache gets cold. and like in knots and shit. How the fuck can i overcome this feeling cause its like eating away at me.

You have a natural disdane for violence and theres no magical tip that will make you suddenly overcome it. You can get pay back in more satisfying ways than beating somebody up if you use your head.
He makes fun of me cause i smoke all the time and talks shit about my mom who is sick with hepatitis C and Emphazyma. :( and im just sick of him talkin about my family.
Just ignore him, just stand up tall, don't acknowledge him and walk pass him like he doesn't exist.

The thing about words is they are not fists, they can only hurt you if YOU let them. I had a really introspective (right word?) mushroom trip that changed me so much for the better.
It made me realize theres things you can control and theres things you can't,
you can't control what this kid says, you can control if these words effect you or not.
If you can't let the words go, and he continues to bother you then actions must be taken to stop him. Violent actions, not necessarily. You can always control a fist to his face and then end the issue.
But I don't reccomend that.

You are wrong my friend, words can be very hurting. If you have someone taunting you everyday, it begins to hurt just as much as a punch to the face.
Peace and Love are wonderful, but some people deserve the shit beat out of them. The dude needs to stop fucking with him. Him standing up for himself is the best way to end it.
You can't say words don't hurt though.
I do agree with you though, that violence should be the absolute last option.

imagine beating the shit out of him savagely...over and over again...until you start to like it...then if you still get that twinge...embrace it and let the fool have it and after you throw the first punch, dont stop....dont stop until he is on the ground, just keep swinging, grab his hair and let a few haymakers go into his face and after a few of those he will probably be dazed so let off a few elbow shots.
dont fuck with body shots, they dont do much.
if he somehow gets behind you...dont let him....but if he does....hes probably going to try and choke you out...if he does...dont try getting his arms away from your throat because youd just be wasting energy...instead, just keep elbowing him in the gut.

dude the way to do this is say something that would really piss him off, wait till he pushes you and then bust him right in the temple. he wont get up for a couple of minutes. i know how you feel except not really. i was mugged by three kids in October and that really pissed me off. i bought brass knuckles so the next time i see those fuckers, i will give them a hit they wont forget.
oh by the way, i hope your mom gets better. i lost a loved one to emphizima as well (my grandmother). and mastachronic knows what he is talking about, if you decide to hit him, dont stop hitting him in the face till ur sure he wont get up

Hit him. Stupid people don't deserve to feel good in the first place. I think it's time people face the reality that the world is a harsh place to live.
mastachronic is right, dont stop hitting him but say something that will really piss him off so when he pushes you first, you can unload on him, that way it is self defense. i got mugged this October and it made me real paranoid so i got a set of brass knuckles. i know what those fuckers looked like and what area they live in and the next time i see em i will beat the living piss out of them.
