Have you ever had one of those days where you wake up in a bad mood for no reason and stay that way ALL DAY...and pretty much act like an asshole to everyone for no apparant reason? Why does this happen? Could it have something with the dopamine receptors in your brain? Like...having too much fun or something and the receptors temporarily burn out? Anyone have an answer?

Guy....but I get days like this about once or twice a week. Or sometimes it just happens at random. Like I'll be all happy, then all of a sudden I feel pissed off. For no reason. But the reason I'm asking is cus my gf said she feels unhappy today for no reason...
Yeah, you seem to be on the right track as for the reason 'why'. 5-HTP is a natural supplement that helps level off your serotonin levels (happy juice like dopamine)..helps a lot better than prescription anti-depressants. Or maybe it's because you have a hangover or because you are psychologically addicted to trees and you have none.
