Are there alot of young people on here?

I have a feeling there are a ton of young people on this board. I see people posting about taking money from their parents for weed, or using their "allowance" for weed, and not having enough cash to afford a $15 pipe. Seems kind of crazy to me.

I'm 22, have a job, i'm in college, i have 3 project cars i work on at my house and i have about 10g's saved up in the bank.

Basically, i'm just asking how old are you guys and do you save up money or just spend it all on chronic? I'm not hating, i'm just wondering!

im 16, got like 400 in the bank, some of which i need to save for grad trip to cancun(next year) and possibly a trip to england in august. ever since i dont have a job anymore, im kinda cheap sadly... i still buy buddah though, just not as often.

i really dont think theyve all spent their money on me
for two reasons i draw this conclusion.....first off....i dont do guys
second.......im not a super duper sex master....although ive got some skills.....theres just far too many for me to please all the time
and...i lied...theres a third reason...if they ladies really did spend their money on me.,...i would have a lot more money than i do now....or...no i wouldnt, but id have a lot more weed

I'm 21 years old...live in a 1 bedroom apartment alone...I go to college full time..I go to work full time...I have my own car....ummm I have no money saved up in the bank, I don't spend my money wisely AT ALL.

In fact, at the moment I have no money at all..but I have been living off of my credit card and boyfriend for about a week now!

However...I get paid tomorrow..yeaaay.

Does it make me adult if I have 2 checking accounts and 3 credit cards? OH GOODY.

Im 16.. but i do not do any of that stuff.. i live with my dad, my dad is a stoner.. he used to be a stoner back in the day but quit when he met my mum cuz she dosnt like smokers (then again im pretty sure she dont like any of us, haha) anyways when they got devorced i got my dad back into it.. it helps mellow him out when he gets stressed.. i dont go to school, in england u can fnsh at 16.. so i did, and right now im unemployed. my dad will give me money to buy weed as long as i share it with him.. but he wants me to get a job but since im going to be moving soon (due to devorce thing with my mum we have to sell up n move and live in a cheap apartment) so im gonna wait until we've moved until i get a job

alot of my friends are between ages of 15-30 and i hate it when someone will consider me a child because im 16, because iv seen people in they're late 20's early 30's ALOT more childish then me

oh and its 16 to smoke legally here and 18 to drink. i can ussually get served in pubs for alcohol but i guess its frowned apon more in america?

Im 16 and I usually spend my money as soon as i get it. My parents give me money for lunch every week, which I use for weed.

see thats the thing the thread starters on about.. i did that kinda stuff when i was like 13

I just choose to get high, rather than eat lunch. Once the money leaves thier hands, I dont think they care how I spend it.

i think something like 50-60% of the people on this site are 17 or younger... and the next 20-25% being 18-30.... (of course this applies to active members)

i'm 21, fixing to be 22, i have no money saved up in the bank... i have no connection so spending all my money on weed is out of the question really... all our money goes to beer/cigs, light bill, the kid, random things (not that these are everyday buys, actually probably yearly but w/e..) (computers, computer parts... car parts, consoles/console games.... ) and the rest gets dwindled away on food and smaller things... just those random everyday i gotta haves and other nessecities...

from a law-suit i'm getting about 3k, and all the money is already spent lol...

If they dont care then why dont you just tell them you use it to smoke weed? then that way you can get money for food and weed..

My family still helps me a lot. Like for instance my mother and grandparents pay for all of my college tuition, including books. Which totally rocks.

If I am ever extremely low on cash and severly need it, my family will always help me out. (although I never let it get to that point)..

I know that I will never be in any money trouble in my life as long as I make smart decisions with my life..I know my family will help and support me.

I do feel pretty young at just 21 years old...I don't feel like an adult.

In fact, sometimes I look at my life..and I wonder when it happend? When did I start being an independant person? I probably don't see my family but once every few weeks and they live so close...

Do you get compensation for your kids?

sorry if thats rude to ask its just my cousin has a daughter and another baby on the way (with another woman believe it or not LOL) anyways hes unemployed at the moment, occasionally has gigs that he gets money for but he gets money for his daughter and he seems to be doin fine.. he even has enough money to smoke weed all the time lol

yeah my sisters 21 and is at uni too.. shes not close tho shes in wales so i only see her every few months

nah we don't really get any compensation... we have like medicare that covers him (and only him) and wic, which supplies like... a few gallons of milk a month, a pound of beans, four quarts of juice (the kind in teh cans) 2 lbs of cheese and 2 dozen eggs... then we have food stamps.. but for the three of us per month we get less than 200... we get SOME help... but it's not nearly enough...

the only time we get a really large ~bonus~ is durring tax return time.... we usually get 2-3k back from the govt.

oh yeah they are.. the taxes we all pay go to those who are absolutely fucking lazy and refuse to do anything.. for some reason (and i really can't figure this out, and i have known PLENTY of these people so i do know what i'm talking about) the fuckers who want to sit around doing nothing all day get like all the help they could possibly need to raise kids (not a kid, these people always have like 3-4+) but the ones who actually do work to try and support ourselves (like us) get next to nothing.. i'm grateful for the help cuz it's better then nothing ya know.. it just pisses me off that i knwo there's plenty of people out there who are just refusing to even try to find work, and just want everything (food, healthcare, living money for non-food related expenses) handed to them on a silver-fucking-platter... oh yeah don't forget housing and bills payed.

I do feel that there are some people of course that it is totally acceptable and understandable that they need so much government help.

However there is also a large majority that do just keep popping out the kids because they knows the government can't turn away help to a kid.

SO here we have all these people living in absolute poverty, with no job...and big screen TVs with plenty of pot?

*sigh* so many people have to ruin it for others.

In more socialistic countries, families receive monthly stipends for having children. Kindergeld basically means money for kids in german.

I am only 16. I prefer being a teenager and living how I like in a house I'm not responsible for. I had a job but it was union and they went on strike, so I was forced to quit. My mom and I run our own DJ business, but we only get a job once a month and they pay $200 on average, which is $40 for me(It's her equipment). I'd rather spend my lunch money on food then weed because I beleive I'm too skinny as it is. Then again I haven't weighed myself in probabley 8 months.

However, I know of ONE store you can buy milk in glass jugs...
