The newer members tend to stick to Recreational and Experiences and older members seem to like this board more.
I remember for the first month of so here I was a little scared of this board and was learning way to much on those boards. Now I venture their every now and than, but tend to get tired of seeing the same questions over and over again.
You rarely see someone with fewer than 50 posts on this board though. Just an observation by me.

I stay out of chat too. I went a couple of times and didn't like it much. I may like it more now, dunno.
all my friends in the chats switched to marihemp, so i dont go there anymore
lol for my first year i never came here... infact i came here ONCE, and that was when the whole michael jackson thing had just started (for the 2nd time lol...) and everyone was speculating what was going on and all that, no real facts had even came out at tha ttime.. i saw the thread and was drawn to it.. i posted in it, and didn't come back afterwards for months...
eventually i learned there is no home for me on cann.com other then in the lounge.... besides.. i got fuckin sick of answering the same questions over and over "what is dxm and how much do i take???" "how do i make a bong???" ect ect... we all know the questions...

I use to only browse the boards maybe once a week when I was a few years younger. I was only in Recreational, Experiences, and Other Psychotropics LOL. Never visited the Lounge and never posted in any forum. Then I posted a few times earlier last year. Then started posting more late 06.
So I guess it's because when you're younger, and maybe new to weed, and are fascinated by all the different things that come with it. Then you simply grow up a bit, and want to talk about other issues rather than just weed weed weed.
So wow...I was definitely browsing occasionally when I was in HS for info, so I've been here for a damn few years, but I didn't make a user name or post until last year.
