lol, dont fuck with any anti-depressents, it prob wont do anything, it takes weeks for that stuff to work
i got fucked up once with one of them, i was taking some anti-depressents ( i forgot the name ) since i had a really bad case of insomnia, i was like drunk/high lol weird shit..
Anti-depressants won't get you high. However, sleeping aids or anti-anxiety pills, that are sometimes used to treat the side effects of depression may get you that drunk/high feeling you're talking about. Ambien is fun to OD on if you do so to a not-outrageous level. But, it's insanely easy to get addicted to, I know. I was for several months. It came to the point where I needed it or there was no chance in hell I was sleeping that night. I recommend sticking to herbs. But to each their own.
yea it was ambient, i feel you entacause, if i didnt take that pill, i wouldnt sleep for the whole night, eventually ambient stoped working for me tho
i got tunnel vision off of a shitload of zoloft. I take 2 anti depressents, adderal, and bi-polar medicine called lamictal. If it wasnt for the second anti-depressent I wouldnt sleep at night. But i never take that one anyways
Dont be so stupid there for chemical imbalances in the brain not to get stoned. They dont even have a stoned feeling
I wouldn't mess around with anti-deps cos they can really mess up your brain by rewiring nervs, etc. I was on anti-deps for sveral months to sort out some issues, and they always made me feel like i couldn't express myself in my normal way...I'm glad i got off of it...
Last New Years Eve this one dude was supposed to be coming over and hanging out with us... and, well, me and him don't get along well... especially with drinks...
Anyways, I popped like 6 or 7 Zoloft and had 1 glass of champagne. Just didn't feel like drinking... It was like being stoned, expect with much greater contentness (I was content with less booze, less herb, ya know)...
No.
Years ago I decided to take 10 times the normal amount I was prescribed and it just got me dizzy and made me feel sick. I guess that could count, but it's not worth it.
i used to get really high on zoloft.
i figured i was feeling better then and probably shouldnt be on them anymore.
:)
I think on average no they will not get you high but if you already have a chemical imbalance (which is why you take anti-depressnts, bp meds, etc) it might balance you out making you feel happier (because your feel good nuerotransmitters like serotonin, norephedine (sp?), dopamine, and GABA are at the right levels) but otherwise your are wasting time/money. :) BUT I take anti-depressants and when I used to take Celexa I felt like I was rolling balls!! actually that is why I quit taking it because it was cool when I was at home or something but NOT COOL at school or work.
I take Zoloft for social/performance anxiety disorder and depression monday through wednesday. I stop for the weekend because I don't wanna find out the hard way if it will interact with weed. I know it does with beer. Usually I can pound like 8 or 9 beers and not be too drunk. When I started taking Zoloft I drank about 4 and passed out. But since I started smoking I've stopped drinking. Why have a hangover when you can instead just be pleasently buzzed in the morning?
But back to my topic. The first time I took my Zoloft it did kinda feel like a high (just really happy and giggly) of sorts but then that stopped with the continued doses. So I don't know. I'd ask my mom cus shes a nuerologist but then she'd interogate me why I want to know...
