Nevada no doubt
California
Alaska
Cali, Nevada, or Alaska.
i wish texas but these mother fuckers are hardcore bitches.
I'm hoping Oregon, but I'm thinking its either Nevada or Colorado.
California or Colorado. In Hollywood it's legal, and in Denver I hear too.
Haha. You just keep thinking that. How can it be legal in one city but not in the state? I know what state will be last. Something like Utah with all the die hard mormons. As for first it will probably be a tie between California, Oregon, and Washington.Quote:

For sure California - Search for Measure K in Santa Cruz California. My birthplace btw lol. Most liberal people in the US. Of course it will never be legal in a state unless feds honor or states say fuck off.
Cali is almost there.
Nevada mmmmm in nevada weed is almost a felony. You can really get in trouble still there. I've lived in Las Vegas for many years and planning on moving back in the next few years, prices in the housing industry are insane in california.
Not sure of the other states so I wont even attempt an opinion but good luck, Utah?? Hell no lol too many conservatives, BUT if they can be fooking more than one wife at a time and they buy into it. Ya just never know. Lets hope.
P.S. Yo can I get into that organization??? I wanna have a few wives too.. =)
And its not legal in hollywood I also do work down there in Silver Lake which is west hollywood. We were pulled over one day and they could smell it, we told the truth and said we weren't high and he asked how much we had and we told him and he let us go and told us "Get rid of that shit". So... Not legal.. only had a half smoked bowl in the car, told him it was old.
in alaska its legal to have weed and have plants...i know theres a limit on both but its legal...am i right?
EDIT: yeah u can have 1 ounce or less in your home and u can have up to 25 plants in your home.
too bad alaska is cold as a motherfucker.
Alaska - NORML
from my understanding of alaska, it is not legalized as that would allow you to smoke weed like you would a cigarette. their laws "legalizes" weed in a private residence by making it virtually impossible for police to have "reasonable" cause to search your private residence. smelling and seeing weed does not give cause for police to search a private residence.
better than anything we have in the continental US...
its legal in denver to have an ounce or somethin, but only at a city level (i think). so a city cop cant bust you for possessing, but a state or fed cop can bust you. and its not legal to smoke it at all or sell it. i might be off on a few of the details there, but its somethin like that. it basically means jack shit, BUT it is a step in the right direction.
lmao if the alaska law was in any proper state than it owuld be wicked lol,
cops right outside your house and you can sit there waving a plant about through your widnow that would get them so mad.
But yeah in us its alike a race of common sense WHICH STATE WILL LEGALISE FIRST!!!??
bookies should open on bets.
oh yeah i would bet for california and i live in the uk.
Ha, I'm glad to be in Cali. . .
But why is everyone saying Nevada, aren't they the one's with the zero tolerance/ first strike law? If they find any on you it's jail time. . .
Yeah, and its almost a felony, but Nevada does allow marijuana for medicinal purposes (if im not mistaken)Quote:

Well, actually, you are entirely wrong. In elections in November of 2005, Denver citizens, in a city-wide election, legalized personal possession of an ounce or less. However, it was just a city decision, and not a state one.Quote:

Someone said that city cops can't bust you, but this is wrong. They certainly can, because they can choose to use the state law. Most still will bust you, cause they are cops, but some can choose not to.
An adaption of the amendment was on the November 2006 ballot, for the entire state, but it did not pass. :(
cali
It wont ever be legalized, everyone on this forum will be dead by then.
not if we all band together and vote
Glad to see that you're real enthused about it. If it were up to people like you, yes it won't ever be legalized. Not everyone thinks like you though, and it will be within the next few years.Quote:

On July 4, 2005, Governor Vilsack restored voting rights to ex-felons who had completed their sentences through that date. Since that date, the Department of Corrections has sent the governor a monthly list of people who have discharged their sentences (including probation, parole, or supervised release). The Governor then must consider these individuals for a restoration of citizenship rights. If granted, a restoration of citizenship certificate will be issued to the offenderâ??s last known address.(found this at Iowa Voter Registration Form: Instructions ) from a google search.
I just found this on the net I have never recieved a letter from the ex-gov. of iowa. I got out of prison august of 2004 so that mother fucker needs to get me my letter it would seem. I will look into this lol.
Yeah man, I voted for it, so did everyone I knew (even my parent's friends n shit). But it's fucked. Check this article out!Quote:

I'd say California or Alaska. Alaska's closest as of now, but still, I wouldn't be suprised in the least if it were Cali.
CALI for sure bud isnt a big thing around L.A.unless your carying ounces but for the people who get caught with anything less than an oz. cops dont trip much i say this from experience ive been caught before i had an 8th on me the cops let me go yeah i got a ticket but they didnt take my bud :)

Wow that is so true!
In california it is basically legal. All you need is a doctors recommendation and they are not very hard to get. You can get them for the relief of menstrual cramps, headaches, anxiety, and a lot of other minor illnesses. You just go to a doctor that gives recommendations - there are many of these doctors - and get your card. With the card you can go into cannabis dispensaries and basically buy as much herb as you want - you can also grow it yourself. The laws are not perfect but hey - its better than it was when I was a kid.
If any state completely legalizes medicinal and recreational use I think California will be the first lol. You gotta love that odd state.
