suspended with pay from work

haha this is truely the best thing thats ever happend to me.. i dont even have 2 work, long story short.. was working in wallmart and went outside for a smoke and rolled a rasberry sigar with a flavoured paper, and every normal smoker knew about this.. so this non smoker kid comes outside (hes a dick) and said "what the hell are u doing" ? i said haveing a smoke.. he reported me saying that i was smoking weed outside..

manager pulls me in and suspends me untill further notise with pay.. so baseiacally i get paid 2 smoke weed now.. it's been 4 days, already $220 and my manager sais hes not even close 2 solveing the problem haha !

i also have a friend who was working and someone robbed the store * $20 000 + and hes under investigation and suspended without pay HAHA :)

how do i get a job there?

I thought wal mart had a no tolerance for drugs? i'm surprised you aren't fired.

He said he was smoking a cigar, not weed. The kid just said it was weed.

Why didn't you just show him that it was tobacco? I mean it's cool that you get 2 weeks off with pay, but whats the point of being in "trouble"?

I think there's something fishy about this story. I work at Wal-Mart and they DO NOT suspend people with pay. The only thing they would do is give you a 'decision day' which is ONE paid day off. Then you come back the next day and write a statement as to why you should keep your job and that you're not going to do that again.

If this story was true, you would've simply been taken to a drug testing facility and/or let go.

No such thing as a paid 2 week suspension at Wal-mart. Sorry to call bull shit on that, almost 5 years with the company, I kind of know how they roll.
