Price per Quality is the name of the game. Maybe in canada or amsterdam, the landsof great buds this looks shitty. If America were tied Here are some more slightly detailed pictures. It is good, if it were bad I would be bitching about it being bad. For my area, with my connections 270$/56 grams isn't bad at all. If I could buy more or better weed for 270$ I would trust me! Living by the ghetto means consistent weed, but usually not great quality (if it's good quality but expensive anywhere from 250-500$/ounce)

I dont see whats wrong with shake if its good bud and if you trust your dealer.
Doesn't look too bad for the price, but I wouldn't smoke that shake. I'd make some oil or hash with the shake, and smoke the buds. :)

I don't know if you guys just have a super high tolerance or what, but I smoke regs everyday and I have no problem getting high. A couple bong rips does me for a few hours. Even 3-4 hits off the spoon, makes me regret doing it before work, if you know what I mean.
That bud looks similar to what I've been getting, and it's pretty tasty.
