Do your parents care?

If you live with your parents do they care? Or when you did live with them, did you care?

As for me, my mom doesn't care as long as I dont get burned for slangin

I own my house, my mom lives with me but I dont tell her I smoke lol... my brother threw his life away for his drug addiction, I know she won't understand and/or take it lightly, shes old school

When I lived in Holland I took my mom to the Dam (along with my bro and 2 sisters) and got her off her head on primo green.
My mom worried about me regardless of what I was doing but it was my life to lead and she tried to understand my need for adrenaline and my experiments with drugs.

they care but they dont do anything about it. I know how they feel and they know how I feel so there isnt really anything left to say. It really helps that I keep my life of the right track though. If I wasnt working or in school I'm sure they would speak up about it.

They care but after a while of my not caring they care it turned into them not caring.

I live at home with my daily potsmoking mom and sister and my dad smoked up until a couple years ago so they don't care at all

When I lived at home my mother didn't care just as long as my grandmother didn't catch me. :) Now my mother wants me to grow in her house for my aunt who has MS. (never grown before)

They care, but deal with the fact I smoke.

When I got sick, one of them financed me to get weed to cope with chemotherapy. At least one of them recognizes the medicinal value!

My mom and step dad toke up with me on occasion.

Not a poll option for me, but when I lived at home, my mom knew I think but never said anything. I don't think my dad knew, but he very well could have. As long as I made passing grades, kept my job and a spot on my sport teams, I don't think they could have cared. Besides, I was so busy when I lived at home, there wasn't much time to smoke any save for a friday night after a game or sat night after a wrestling tourny. My parents were also really cool about me moving out. Shacked up with my girlfriend and her friend and they very cool with it. My sister tried to move out not too long about and they flipped out. guess I got lucky.

When I lived at home, my parents didn't care that I smoked. As long as I didn't do it in the house, and didn't let it get out of control, like stealing for my pleasure, or leading onto harder drugs, then they said it was fine.

We came from Holland, so cannabis has always been accepted as an okay thing to do. My parents smoked it, they know what it's about. They know it's safer than alcohol and tobacco, so they didn't mind.

Very very unfortunately, my father and his whole side of the family had troubles with much more than weed...sooo...it was 'evident' that when I was smoking in HS that I would go on to struggle with other addictions as well. My mom would always yell at my about 'my drugs'...but it was always just buda (I have dabbled here and there, but never to any extreme like with trees).

My parents seem to be in some type of stage where they care, and don't care. Either they don't talk about it or seem to agree it benefits me. Or they are weed nazi's and think it ruins my life.

You need another option on your poll....my parents don't know!!!! If they did know they would be mad - I don't live at home anymore now anyway...but when I was living there I was VERY good at hiding it!

i still live with mine and they dont give a fuck lol my mam insists on smelling my bud when i get it to see if its good shit even though she does'nt smoke it lol make her tea with abit of a kick sometimes haha

My mom thinks it's bad but she doesn't bother me about it. She knows I'm grown up now with my own family. She lives in Seattle and when I say I'm going to Vancouver for a few days, she knows I'm going up there to smoke in a semi-legal environment.

My dad just laughs and doesn't care. He tells me stories about alcupulco gold and stuff from when he was a stoner. He lives in LA so the good stuff is all over the place around there.

The difference between me and most of you guys is that I didn't tell them til I was older, 24! My parents would have been pissed if I was smoking in school. Education first guys!

They don't care anymore, they just get pissed if they catch me but theres no reprocussions or anything.
