Calculating co2 requirements for a sealed grow

Is this calculation correct ?
My grow is 160m3. Its a sealed environment since last week. I need to use co2. I also need to decide which generator to buy. I've decided to go the propane route. Considerations here are the large amount of heat generated by a propane burner and the quantity of co2 produced.
There is a generator on the market rated at 4kW and producing 0.9Kg of co2 per hour. Now 1 Kg of co2 has a volume of 0.509 m3, therefore this gen. will produce 0.458m3/hr. of co2. Now how long will it take to raise the quantity of co2 in the grow to 1800ppm given no leaks and no consumption of co2 ?
O.K., so 1 ppm is one-part-per-million. Now 1 ppm of my 160m3 grow is
0.00016 m3. Therefore 0.458/0.00016 = 2862.5 ppm of co2 should be in the grow after one hour assuming no loss/consumption. The length of time therefore to bring the grow to 1800ppm is about 37 mins with this generator. Assuming a starting point of about 400ppm before co2 injection, the real time therefore would be about 30 mins.
Is this correct folks ???
Now, the thing I haven't a clue about is the consumption. I'll be growing 200 plants aeroponically which will feed off the co2. Given no leaks, my big question is : Does this gen. have the capacity to keep my grow at 1800ppm ?
Grow temp will be 27deg. C.

No guessing please !!:D I don't want to waste money on a gen. that is under-powered and I'll be struggling to have even 400ppm in the room.....I'd sure appreciate the opinions of people who are using co2.

Only use a Co2 burner with a glow plug for a sealed room. DO NOT USE A PILOT LIGHT. You can do a search and read about my Sealed Room ill answer any of your questions there. As for how big of burner to buy. I would buy a 8 burner the bigger the better. you want your room to fill up as quickly as possible. Im guessing you are useing a Co2 computer as well. If not you should get one. The Co2 computer will control how much PPM of Co2 is in your room.

Thanks tranoble. I can only find a co2 generator with a pilot light over here in Europe. Its not a big deal really since the generator will be in a concrete garage next to the growroom. The model I'm thinking about is a 4Kw model. Thats already a lot of heat and the next model up that I can find is a 11Kw which would be like a furnace in my garage.
I've calculated that the 4Kw co2 gen. (with a flow of 2 lbs. of co2/hr.) will bring my room up to 1800ppm in 30 minutes given no leaks and no consumption. What do you think about co2 consumption ? The room will hold approx. 200 plants which I intend growing to about 3 feet by harvest time. I also intend pruning such that I have 4-5 main branches on each plant. My objective is 2 oz. per plant, which I can just about achieve without co2.
So, Tranoble, 2 questions :
1. Given your experience, how do you think the co2 will go in my room ? I'll be using a co2 computer to keep the ppm at about 1800, with a refill point at 1500ppm. I'm trying to get a feel for how much 200 plants will consume. If its the case that the co2 ppm is rapidly diminished and the generator will be on for all of the time, then I'll need to rethink my co2 plans. BTW I've virtually no leaks in the room. Pretty well sealed.
2. Figures of 25-30% increase in yield are bandied about when using co2. What do you think it is ?

The PPM of Co2 in my room match my PPM in my food. My food schedual is very strong. My strength of food goes up every week and my Co2 as well. I was told a long time ago for your Co2 to work best the PPM of Co2 should match your PPM in your food. I have allways used Co2 so I couldnt tell you what the difference is compared to not using Co2.

YES.. this is a very common technique practiced by many a great grower..

It is common to hear numbers or 15-25% yield increase with C02 Supplementation..
