What would you have paid for this bud?

I went to get some weed last night, and I got offered this huge ass bud, which he said weighed outto about 14 grams....I askedhim how much he wanted it for and he said the price of a qaurter, 50 dollars that seemed like a good deal, but even seeing this bud i could tell it wasn't fully dried, still needed time to dry off a bit, he was drying it out in a 24 cardboard case of pop. its been drying since last night in a paper bag...I broke it up a bit to to help it dry...its almost dry now :) but what would you have paid?

itd be better to see the color but for the bud in the pic i would have paid 20 probably...its hard to determine exactly how good it might be from that picture

that pic really doesn't do it justice at all....its it fir in my whole hand....it was huge

the pic looks...colorless making it look much worse than it probably is..

it couldnt have fit in ur hands unless u got little kid hands, as seeing how its the same size of that bic.

quart of good runs 80...if that is anything above high mid you probably got a great deal!

I probably would've paid 20 but there is no way that weighed 14g

i made a mistake...quarter of good is 80..14g is a half...if you got a half for 50..thats unbelievable, if its good.

That is not a 14gram bud there. Wet, yes, but dry, no way.

Wet cannabis is about 70-80% water. Keep that in mind next time you purchase. :)

It isn't the best picture, but next to a Bic lighter, I'm guessing that bud could be anywhere from 3-6grams. It doesn't look like a loose, wispy bud, and it looks to full, so that's why I'm guessing that.

For $50 though, I don't know man. Judging by your flag you're in Canada, cannabis shouldn't be that expensive.

In Canada, 7g's (1/4) are usually no more than $70. $60 around here from a grower.

I know the guy I got it off of is kind of shaddy...not very trust worthy, I thought it wouldn't be soo bad, it was still wet...so yeah I did get ripped off a bit, its fully dry now and busted up, and i weighed it out to be a new total of about 6-7 grams, not a very acurate weigh either all I got is a postal hand scale... if anything I got a little less then my momeny's worth, I should've known when at first I asked him if it was still wet, and he denied it, then I mentioned it looks a still bit wet....the stem was still fairly moist. I should've said no right there and then....I don't know, i think I'll just stop going to him, oh yeah I'm stoned so thats why I'm kind of rambling...

I dunno. If it's very crystally, and smokes really well, and is between 6 and 7 grams, that's not a bad price, in U.S. terms. If it's just mids, then that's 10-15 dollars overpriced.

ya in canada you should be gettin wayy cheaper than that, like 45 for a quarter, 75-90 for a half zip of really good chronic.........

In California, i'm getting an 1/8 of purple grapes for like $40... I think I have a good grower though.

i probally woulda paid maybe $20 for that, but the picture isnt all that great. but also cant seeing it being 14gs like everyones said so im just repeating it again haha....just going by bic size. Invest in a scale to, helps big time.

smoke it tho and let us know how she was. cause to me its some reallly dark lookin weed or ur camera sucks lmao!!

cant tell what kinda herb it is, but looks like 2 G's maybe a lil more, 30 bucks tops id pay 4 that nug, & thats if it was dank!:S4:

lol in the good days about a year or two back lol would have paid about 15 to 20 quid (english money) for that but now-a-days i dont know it looks like might even go up to 40 odd quid for that much :(

It was reallly good bud, very resinie! I can smoke a tiny pinner and get absoulutely blazed! Once it was all dried out and grinded up, it looked to be about a little less then a qaurter's worth ( I weighed it too with my crappy postal letter scales, not an acurate weigh) , 50 is ussually what i pay for a qaurter anywayz....but yeah the fucker still ripped me off, and I'd love to buy a good set of digital scales but the wife thinks thats a waste of money, I disagree but she won't budge...oh and he said it was Tripple A bud,never heard of that strain personally, but it is good weed, just not as good of a deal (horrible deal) as he was sayin it was, like I said before though I am not going back to him ever again! and yes I live in Canada, in Nelson,BC, where its hard to find a good dealer, cause the cops are doing major busts right now, its insane!

I think im gonna have to disagree with some of yall. I'm not sure if we've got any growers in here or not, but to me, whatever it weighed wet doesn't really matter. From guessing in the pics, I would say that is an 1/8th. If I were to *cough*ever*cough* sell an 8th, it would go at 50.00.

Yeah, it might be fresh still, but as long as hes patient enough to dry it before he smokes it, I don't see why he won't get 50.00 worth of smoke out of it.

Looking back at those pics, that was probably a very dense piece of a cola. Perhaps even the tip of the plant.

I would guess it and the little bud would weigh ~3.5 grams. But buds also shrink into themselves as they dry. Also, whether it was subjected to damp moldy conditions is a whole nother question.

I use to live out west. till i moved back to ontario. but yeah iv been readin lots and it must suck for you boyz out there. running out of dealers. i think its time to grow ur own. lol. jus dont get busted
