LOL sorry guys, just an attempt at incognito exhibitionism by my roommate
I like your avatar bro. . . that was my first legal ale. . .
yeah, and it'll kick your ass. I get gallon of the stuff for $12 and keep em in the fridge. It stays good for about 2 days. Me and my roomie drink it.
wat brand is it?
Hey Bro..looking good, they looked a *tad* crowded, can you space em out a little more and still get light coverage? Maybe buy a Light Meter, you might be suprised how much room you have to spare! If not, still looking really sweet man...
I wish i had more space. I'm stuck in the confines of 52"x52". I did just strip the bottom 5" or so. I have the canopy pretty even, almost totally even. This is my first sog, so we'll see how it goes. I think i should take more off, but my roomie is hesitant. I think i let them veg a little too long, next time i'ma shorten the veg up a bit. I think in the hydro hut, the sog is a good way to go.
Thanks for the comments razza, i think its you with the sour D, i'm jealous
Smokeymcdanks, its ak47
LOL...thought you were getting frisky now that Stinky's gone...haha.
Nice cab, bro. :greenthumb:
The Fog :rastasmoke:
i know, i better watch out, i still see her lurking around...
I guess the title was a short lived attempt at a little anonymity.
Yep, that's me with the Sour D. You can always trim the bottom 1/3 of the plant, but do it soon my in my opinion because when you do that the plant is going to try to compensate for having lost for its weight by growing upwards. I trimmed my bottom 1/3 about three weeks ago, things just got way too crowded. Much like you said, I think I vegged for too long but oh well. You can keep updated with my grow by clicking my signature. I am six weeks into flowering, and the plants have begun to fall over because they can't hold up the weight of the buds!!!
Yeah, I'm looking over your pictures again...I would def. trim the bottom 1/3 and also get more circulation on the bottom 1/3 of the plants if possible it will really help ya. Good luck!
hey, i'll post more pics tonight, you'll see what it looks like after the haircut. All the clones were from the same mom, so i'm hoping they will bud togerher and keep even. I have a circulating fan that points straight along the the baser of the plants and some above the canopy too, so i think i have adequate circulation.
so heres an update. Day 11 or 12 of flower, all is looking good.
NICE
i was always amazed how good scrog looks
smokeymcdanks, it's Stone Arrogant Bastard Ale, now they have Double Bastard Ale.

heres an update, I added the new tray, will make flushing easy.
Thanks U.G.U.
Looks good Dusto. Hey - how do you water the plants in the back?
I picked up one of those 2 gallon hand-pumped pressurized sprayers then I cut the nozzle off so it just has a stream of water. It's got a 4 or 5 ft hose on it so I can get to the back of my hut without having to move the plants around.
doco, i can pretty much reach with my extendo-arms...but i plan on sewing a velcro flap to the back, one of my friends can sew so he's gonna do it, it should be sweet after that.
I just hook my water pump uo to a 12 foot hose, and have a sprayer that is like 4-5 feet long.. should make it easy to water in any situation you just go at the bottom and use the length of the sprayer to work it for you...
Your hut is what 7 ft tall you can get a couple of cynder blocks lift it off the ground a bit and put a rubber made tube in the botton for a rez you could do a drip set up for about $20 or get a pump and do a flood for around $10 plus the fitting for the ebb which will cost $10 then your set no more work. Plants look good man.
yeah ugu, i plan on doing a drip set. I'ma go to HD and see whats available. How would something like this do: drip kit
Anyone know about drippers?:
My square footage is 16. I've never worked with drippers, is the flow constant @ all the emmiters? heres a diagram of what i planned on building, maybe? Would that work? Suggerstions
can that many dripperes work off one line/pump
hey dusto just popped by to check out your ladies.. looking very nice;)
i like your set up too.. simply clean and effective.. happy growing brother.. may you have a great harvest;)
thanks for cruisin' by. Yeah, it's been a lot of work, and now I feel like I'm almost there, but now i'ma changes things again. Net time ima go with coco, and if you couldn't tell, ima add a drip system, i just gotta figurte out these tho.
Wow Looking Great!!
:rastasmoke:
I use a 500 gph pump to run 36 drips running up 2 5" vertical section . HD has the 1/2 poly tube rolls and pop in compression fittings dig makes them you need 1/4 x 1/4 barbs then get some 1/4 inch black tubing and drippers you will need the little tool for making the holes also. If you need any help let me know.
That link just came up that is basicly what I am talking about
as far as the flow goes you have to get ajustable drippers that way they drip the same.
\ I plan on getting shut off valves so I can regulate the flow from the main pipe,
Maybe i can just get a standard PVC and drill holes to stick the 1/4 tubes into the 1" PVC. Then run like 3" of line, then attatch the valve, then a little more line. The valves will let me adjust the flow coming from the main pipe.
I saw bluebear describing something like this.
Would that 500 GPH pump feed 72 drippers, just so I would have better coverage?
the setup with 72 would be the same as the pic i drew above, just with two lines coming where I drew one before.
that would also work they sell screw in type 1/4' barbs get 1/2' pvc with some 4 way tees then ball valves at each side of the tee then more pvc with and end cap then drill the holes for the drips in between the ball valve and the end caps then you can regulate each row. The bonus to that would be no worring about clogged drippers. I think a pro pump like the one I use would do all 72 they run about $85
