i hate alcohol.. hotel party.. crazy night

It was both my friends birthdays last night.. we rented 2 suites at the embassy suites hotel. this place was insane, very very nice hotel.. we brought 3 half gallons, about 4 fifths and 6 champain (sp) bottles and a few cases of beer..
we also brought a fat bong and an ounce or so of chronic.. pretty much all we did was drink and smoke and go from suite to sweet with a bunch of people.

over the night i just saw all my friends change, turn into different people... i fuckin hate alcohol and never really sat back before and watched how people change. i saw a bunch of shit that just makes me mad and depressed.
ended up staying up all night, a bunch of random kids kept coming over from different rooms and barging into our shindig. one random came in and was just acting like he owned the place and he slapped this young girl in the ass 2 times that was passed out on the bed from drinking to much.. and he was like 25 or some shit, everyone just halted and one of my friends pulled a knife out.

just stupid shit like that from alcohol.. argh..
sorry guys, ive just been really down, i thought this party was going to cheer me up but it just made me more down.. lol..

anyways, we blazed down fat in the embassy suites, there was GRIPS of people there, anoter party going on a room away from us, it was packed on a friday night..

all in all, i hate alcohol. weed forever

I used to go to clubs when I was in the corps and pick fights with drunk Marines. I always loved beating them up. It made me feel better.
Btw, I do not support violence of any sort at this stage of this journey called life.

I dont mind alcohol, but i hate getting pissed just because of the way it makes me.

If people think im angry now, they'd be amazed at what im like when im pissed.

I just smoke weed, im chill when im stoned, relaxed and happy.

drunk people are no fun to be around when you're not drunk. thats why i try to stay the drunkest of the drunk people.

Going to a party and being the designated driver sucks, you get to see how stupid your friends are. I wouldnt have pulled the knife, I would have kicked that guy good in the fucking teeth.

She didn't remember getting naked and assumes that someone raped her or something. So a couple of my friends that were at the party ended up getting talked to in school and are told they have to tell their parents they were at the party or the school would. Alcohol can be good and bad it just comes down to what kind of person it is drinking it. know your limits!

alcohol in moderation (2 beers max for me) is a good thing

I hate alcohol as well, I hate the sound of a beer can being opened, since in my childhood that was the most frequent sound I heard coming from my Dad's general direction, besides "Hey get me another beer!"...I also hate how I don't feel in control when I get too drunk, which is not very often at all.

I'd choose weed over alcohol anyday!!!

ever since i started blazin 2 years ago the most ill drink is 2-4 beers at a time, before i remember downing a case by myself. weed saved my liver/life lol.

bucknuts, theres a time and a place for knowing your limit and going barreling past. that i think is the key, being able to control yourself when you need too, like a family drinking occasion. or a getting sloshed bash out in the woods.

mobabn~ im the exact opposite, i used to smoke all the time and drink like 3-4 beers, then i discovered the joys of alcohol. now i drink my fair share, but i very very rarely smoke.

drinking is great, whoever said that it brings out the truth is dead on. Im a very nice, laid back type of person... I've only meet one or two people in my entire life that i couldnt get along with and when im drinking i become the happiest, most caring person ever, i love everything and everyone and go out of my way to make sure whoevers around me knows it... you could say to the point where i get obnoxious.... anyways point is, if your a dick and you drink youll probably just be an even bigger dick and if your a nice dude or chick than youll probably be a nice drunk.

Your exactly right Flyers Fan. I never drink less then 12 drinks when I go to the bar's on thurs.-sat. But when I go to the bar on a tuesday or monday, I only have a few. I only drink liquor on weekends. During the week I don't even blaze during the day most of the time. When I get done with all my shit ill sit down and blaze and drink a few beers and play guitar, or watch 24.

Doing drugs, and drinking alcohol is all about harmony between your straight life and your stoned life. If any one of those overtakes the other and shifts the balance in it's favor than you are doomed. Too much work, makes Jack a dull boy. Too much fun makes Jack a fucking unsuccessfull derelict(sp?).

You gotta find that happy medium. There is a time and a place to get smashed and a time and a place to not. The people that don't understand this concept are alcoholics, or your one friend that gets on that level after three beers and continues to drink like a fish the rest of the night anwyays. The christian evangelists, mormons, crusaders(you know the people). These people have not found the happy medium. It takes time and experience to acheive it. I have not yet found it, but I am closer than ever.

P.S. we say Grip here in Columbus also. I don't think it's a regional thang.

After every hard core drinking night, I swear off alcohol... but I just never learn :o

Not always. People say things they don't mean a lot, too. I'm a goofy drunk, but I am constantly calling my friends things like "cock sucker" and "faggot," etc. But I don't mean any of it. Plus, if a friend is asking me questions when I'm drunk, I always seem to find it really funny to lie to them. So no, it's not always true that "alcohol brings the truth out in people." However, I agree with the author of this thread... Cannabis over alcohol any day. I always try to go for walks when I'm drunk. The time before last, (during Halloween weekend), I finally convinced my friends to let me take a walk, but they went along. When going down the stairs, I tripped and sprained my ankle really badly. Of course, the next day, when asked what happened, I "actually" tripped on my shoe in the dark when I was going to bed. LOL.

Honestly, I've never been so drunk that I've passed out or even vomited. I get drunk, but I stick to my limit (which is a feeling I get, knowing when I'm drunk enough). Though, whenever I'm stoned, I never want to drink even a drop of alcohol. I don't like the feeling of alcohol mixed with Cannabis. It's also interesting how I can stick to my limits, since my family has a very large history of alcoholism. I love being stoned way more than being drunk.

I broke my news year resolution last night, ended up drinking half a bottle of 70% proof gin, and i spent all of last night and today being sick. So, damnit, im NEVER going to drink again. Apart from beer.
Weed is not only better for you then alcohol, it feels better too. That's unarguable.
