Noob here needing advice

Well I got my first small bag o green ever. im 16 and have no idea what would be the best way to do it living with my parents. I would eventually like to grow but that for a different time. I tryed searching the forums but i dont get anything. the first day i got it I had prepayed (i know not to do that anymore) 30 for a quarter. well the quarter turned into a dime so f him. but anyways i had a dime ( dont know the weight on it, didnt have the chance to weigh it. I got itchy and wanted to try it. my parents both get home at 11 at night so i have from 4 - 11 and i talked to some friends and said the smell is super hard to get off. so I ate half a bud. never kicked in all night. all i did was go to sleep 3 hrs early. so then today i ate about 3 buds. which these buds are small (in comparison to the buds on this site, nvr seen a bag before this one) but i thought it would give me at least something. I mean i feel NOTHING. So now its been 3 hours and i feel nothing. now all i have is 1.2 grams left , im getting some rolling paper soon and going camping in 2 days which u know what that means. I will have 2 friends and Idk if thats enouph for 3 people for 1 night. what should i do buy more. srry if this is a dupe but search didnt do anyhting. Thanks for any advice in advance

You should be smoking the cannabis, not eating it.

Eating raw cannabis will not get you high. You pretty much wasted that bud eating. In your mouth, through your system, and down the toilet.

Cannabis needs to be cooked into something high in fat in order for THC to release. It needs something high in fat in order fo fully digest the cannabis.

You have never smoked before though, so cooking cannabis is not something you should be looking into.

Smoke it. Buy a cheap pipe from a headshop if you can, or if you want to smoke that bad, use an apple to make a pipe. One hole for the weed to go into, and one hole for you to inhale the smoke through. Just make sure the 2 holes connect, otherwise smoking will be pointless.

If an apple pipe is to complicated, take a pop can, and make about 10 small holes on the face of the can. Turn it sideways, put some weed on top of the holes, and suck air through the mouthpiece of the pop can.

Try to avoid using a pop can all the time though as it is not very good for your health over prolonged use, but for a first time, give it a try.

Just smoke some after school one day, or on the weekend, or when your away from your parents. If you're worried about red eye, buy some Visine. If you're worried about smell, have some gum or something to drink right after you're done smoking. Buy some body spray, spray yourself when you're done smoking, and you'll be fine.

That's your problem right there. If you want to eat it, you have to bake it with some food. It won't get you high just eating it straight from the bag.

Trust me, a blunt is the best way to go man. Once you start smokngi blunts, everything else will seem weak and not as good. Just wait outside a store for someone older who is willing to buy you blunt cigars. I recomend Dutch Masters, theyre the best :D

Cans are made of aluminum. Smoking aluminum for extensive periods has been linked with Alzihmers (spelling) disease. Plus youre burning paint and inhaling it, which isnt good for your lungs either.

IMO, you should smoke it in a blunt. Trust me on that. :D

If you smoked a few joints at 5pm outside..... you're parents wouldnt smell it when they get back at 11.... no way. Just have a shower to get the smell off you.... works great.

yeah dude, just toss it in a pipe/joint/blunt/bong/vape and smoke it outside. a shower and a load of laundry should get rid of the smell. maybe air freshener if you're feeling REALLY paranoid.

and if you ever wanna smoke inside, DO NOT use a joint/blunt. they make way too much smoke to be able to get rid of.

I made my first pipe from pipe pieces purchased at a hardware store. Just browse around, find a good bowl end and a good mouthpiece, and then get some parts to fit it together. You can buy screens there too.

Advantages:

It's cheap, it's easy, and if you clean it and take it apart and store the screens separately, it just looks like junk of someone finds it.

You can put it in the freezer before you smoke and it will cool your smoke - Just be sure to lubricate the tip or your lips with lip balm or something or you'll stick to it like that kid on the flagpole in A Christmas Story.

Disadvantages:

The checkout person at the hardware store will probably know exactly what you are doing if you buy the parts and screens at the same time - Go thru 2 different lines if possible.

Depending on the pipe fittings you select, you may get a crappy metallic taste, or undesirable metals in your smoke.

Btw, if you want to smoke inside, and have as little smell as possible, try using a vaporizer. The vapor smell is not as strong, and sometimes you cant even smell it.

best thing to do would be to get somebody to roll all weed you have into one blunt then smoke with with your 2 buddies, first timers would deffinatly get high off that blunt. Dont waste one of your first highs smoking a can or an tinfoil pipe or something if you can.

Bro first off... If you smoke outside.. just pop in some gum and spray your shirt a little... smell isnt bad. and consuming the weed should not be a option at all... Go get a white owl and roll it, i would have to say thats the easiest way to roll. Take it to the face so you get nice and high. Oh and only smoke a gram your first time you might not like the insane first high.

Is this your first time smoking weed? Ifso you might not get high so don't count your chickens before they hatch =) Might take 2-3 times. Thats how long it took me.

well, for some people, they can get high from the first time smoking it, I got high on my first time... really high... so it might work on you too. Just buy your self 50 bucs worth of bud, break it apart, and smoke one piece a day.. i donno..

indeed - roll it up or get creative. make a bucket hitter (gravity bong, simple design) and take a few loads from a socket bowl.

I never had a problem getting rid of the smell...just burn some wood or incense. Try to buy a pipe and smoke it. Eating it can be "different"

You may not get high your first time. I know I was (5 bowls HAHA).

by the time your parents get home there should really be no smell left if you do it outside, even if their is to me after awhile bud just smells like pine needles or something i doubt they would be able to tell, even so just wear a hoodie or something when you go smoke, and then spray the hoodie with axe or something and yourself and take the hoodie off, the hoodie pretty much covers you up.

well i had 2 friends come over and we smoked 2 fucked up joints. and about 3 hits in an aluminum foil pipe. 1 friend (done it before but he doesnt know how to roll) got a small buzz and we all had the same amount of hits. I got nothing... my eyes got huge and still are (bout 30 mins ago) but I feel normal. guess that i need some more. Ive got a shit load more coming. but anyways later my throat is burning. is this normal with a pipe? cuz with the joint it wasnt bad.

well later on that night i decided to make a water bong that looked kinda cool.
took a water bottle, got some cold water put in it. then took a knife and cut out a hole big enough for a flexy straw to fit in. then taped it up so that it was air tight. ( with the cap upsidedown) then taped the cap down. and cut a hole in the side above the water lvl and made it air tight. then went out to my shed and had about 10-15 long hits (friend did the same) and i got very little out of that and the hole dam cap was full.. dam Im not doing something right or im just immune.

lol sorry bout ur loss to eating it lol. Anyways yea do not give up on trying to get high of this magical magical herb! I got buzzed the first time i smoked but then i kept trying to smoke like 6 times more because i was doing it wrong ( lets put it this way i only smoked like maybe 3 hits worth of weed every time and the dime bag lasted me a week taking a few hits every day, so it did not work but eventually i i was with my guy who sold it and he dumped a whole dime into a dutch and after that my eyes were opened to this magical herb) i just wanted to say that because looking back on the times when i started makes me laugh and what you posted reminded me of those funny times. But please do not give up until u actually do get high off the herb and enjoy it. I kno ppl who smoked herb like 4 times and did not get high and they get this attitude that smoking herb is stupid and look down upon it.. SHAME ON THEM! and ive seen people who smoke for their first time and get really paranoid and never smoke again.. SHAME ON THEM... get really high a few times and make sure to listen to ur fav music while smoking..

haha yeah my first time me and a friend smoked 8 bowls of this real good shit i was sooo gone. I keep passing out and my friend kept waking me up by spraying shaving cream on my face and it kept getting in my mouth and shit. we both though it was hilarious though.

well im not giving up on the herb yet. Im going to get some more today (dime more then likely) and will find some dam rolling paper and practice on my joint making (man rolling paper is HARD AS HELL to get wtf is up with that. Is it illegal for somone underage to have rolling paper? i mean come on its paper.) anyways if i cant find some paper i guess ill improve on my water bong skillz.

haha my first time i used the same water bottle bong you just described... haha i got high as fuck and thought the leaves that had fallen off the trees in my back yard were bananas growing out of the ground and proceded to get PISSED because i hate bananas and didnt want them in my yard.

good luck next time, i find that if your having troubles getting high and your not sure if your inhaling right its best to inhale the smoke, close your mouth, than inhale a second time BEFORE blowing out and than hold it in and finally blow out... that should do the trick

Dont eat weed. Make a steamroller using a paper towel tube. cut a whole near one end of it (size of a nickel) maybe 3 inches from the end. Put foil poke holes cover the end closest to the bowl with your hand and get high my friend.
