very nice , wat strain or just bag seed ??? y just 1 ??? many thanx
Things got mixed up when planting a few seeds. It might be the ak-47 seed, or it might be some kickass bag seed, not sure!
Here are the clones! Took 6 of the small secondaries of secondaries at the bottom that would produce little bud, and cloned them in pearlite. I tossed out 2 because they didn't have any roots yet.
Here are the selected 4.
The clones doing their thang in the pearlite. Then, the clones in the humidity bucket. They dont have big enough roots yet and will wilt outside the bucket.
Lookin great, isnt she a little pot bound? maby a bigger pot??
the bigger the pot the better if u the room ? many thanx
I don't think she is root bound. I let the roots get semi-bound in the smaller pot, then transferred to this pot. This was after it had been flowering some. I'll check the roots in a week.
She is only 29" in height.
Trichomes are forming nicely on the lovely plant!
The clones are doing great in their bad for roots clear plastic cups. Vegging under a 150hps. I'll probably move them under a large socket 100 watt 6500k CFL. I plan to keep them and plant them outside during the summer so I have a nice winter crop.
Here are pics for my ~10 day updates. Took some with and without flash. All-in-all, its been flowering for around 30 days and coming a long nicely. The only care I've done for it is add a few more organic ferts to the soil and water with a very weak mixture of Tiger Bloom. Might try and increase the dosage of Tiger Bloom soon.
Thanks for the good words. I already had this growing stuff down from the first grow! :greenthumb: I agree, simplicity is key with most things. A lot of people REALLY over complicate growing these simple plants.Quote:

whoah dude .. sweet
To get the two main stalks I remove the new growth directly above a set of secondaries that are around an inch long. This makes the plant use the two secondaries as the main stalk(s).... as you can see in the picture above in post #5. http://boards.cannabis.com/attachmen...row-topped.jpgQuote:

I am guessing at least another 3 weeks, maybe longer, gotta check the trichomes.

I am curious as to how it will turn out as well. Since this one is more sativa than the last grow, the trichomes are staying on the calyxs and not really spreading to the fan-type leaves much.
Also, this one was slowing during the first month, and is really speeding up the last month, unlike my last indica.
3-6-07 PICS!
Fan leaves are a lil' yellow from lack of nitrogen, but thats fine, not too much longer to go.

Looks like another 2 weeks, which will put be around 10 weeks flowering. She's really swelling up this past week.
The cage is to keep my cats from eating it.
lol, she sits on top of the rocks, contemplating ways to get inside. Or she'll walk around it like 10 times and give up.Quote:
