I cannot praise this program/site enough.
This has changed my life for the better, though I do fear it may lead to a dangerously excessive amount of time sitting at the computer, which I do far too much of already.

TRUST ME. YOU NEED THIS PROGRAM.

I have gone through enough internet radios and reccomendation services, to know that this program beats them all and raises the bar a 1000 feet.

Even if you have never used anything like this before, DO IT. You do need a high speed internet connection, sorry for all you dial up users.

But SERIOUSLY. I AM GIVING YOU WILLY WONKAS GOLDEN TICKET.

Basically, this is like Amazon.com for music, but without all the Monetary hassle, mixed with Myspace.com. But it is SO smooth and easy and PERFECT to just sit in front of your computer and discover as much music as possible.
Eventually, your tastes are so perfected that you can turn on the radio and listen to perfect new music all day. And great artist write ups as well.


Don't pass this by. I did for a few weeks when friends kept giving me links, and then I got it and suddenly I was hugging my monitor and considering giving a little lovin' to my subwoofer.

lastfm is the shit.

You can monitor what you and your friends listen to and discover alot of music in the process. It's pretty awesome.

does it rely on friends, or does it choose new music for you? if it doesn't choose it for me, then i'm sticking to pandora... otherwise i might check it out.

Nope,,,the system sez once you reach a certain number of given out reps you then can rep twice... so I am wrong on my time theory... in my search for this I did see people suggesting it should be a time limit... you should hit is first before anyone the way you spread it...


Reputation User Spread:
This setting dictates how many unique members that a user must rate before they are able to rate the same member twice. The goal of this setting is to stop a member from either artificially bumping or dropping a user by repeatedly rating their posts.
