If your desire is to grow sensimelia (seedless) then remove the male plants as soon as they show sex, by remove, I mean destroy. If they release any pollen at all, then chances are you are going to end up with seeds.
If however, your plan is to create seeded buds in order to replenish your seed stock, then go ahead and leave the males in the grow area with the females. All it will take is the wind created by your fans to move the pollen around the area.
If you want some seeded buds and some sensi-buds, then remove the male and grow it out in a seperate area of the house (or where ever you grow), once the pollen sacks start to open up you can collect it, then polinate a few lower buds on your plants by hand (using a paint brush).
