RULE NUMBER 1 - whatever ONE is thinking... this is ONE's KARMA... this is what is coming to "YOU"

RULE NUMBER 2 - It is impossible to THINK.. to say "I think"... is as absurd as saying "I breath" or "I digest"

To realize this...ONE can just watch ONE's breath... 15 minutes everyday... It is a fantastic realization that leads to amazing compassion and power and love.

EXAMPLE

The BRAIN is a doing machine.. It can only manifest...

"I DONT WANT MY DOG TO SHIT IN THE HOUSE".. this thought manifests the dog shitting in the house... ONLY THINK WHAT YOU WANT.... deeep breath...

"I DONT WANT WAR IN IRAQ".... this thought manifests war in IRAQ.... only think what you want...


I want my dog to be potty trained. I want peace and harmony in IRAQ.

GET IT?... GOOD.. iloveyou....


ONE's negativity will ALWAYS COME BACK TO ONE... breath LOVE

Knowm, man i found a great book for you. It's called "bud inc: Inside Canada's Marijuana Industry" I just finished reading it and it's great. The book is 100% about British Columbia and mainly Vancouver.

I'll give you a little incite to it just not on this thread. Check out the Canada forum i'll start a thread there.

One of the teachings of the Buddha that I was never quite able to grasp is how he described enlightenment as "the awakening of awareness, and the end to consciousness". How can one end consciousness and be fully aware? I think GardenKnowm's post cleared this up for me beautifully. Thought, like breathing or digestion, are only functioning parts of the whole. It is part of 5 aggregates that make up consciousness. Most buddhists with enough experience understand that the body and mind are separate, yet at the same time one and the same. Yet the nature of mind, the understanding that it (like everything) is a collection of impermanent processes constantly arising and fading, takes a little more time to understand.

I want to get high...and have group sex ...
