I think my Aunt and Uncle are psychic...

Ok so my uncle goes to bed at 12:30 this morning, at which time I go to my room and roll a joint. I go outside and smoke about 1/3 of it at 2am as I walk around the block. I watch T.V. upstairs for about 2 hours, then go back around the block and smoke another 1/3 of it. I go to bed at 6:30. They wake me up at 11 to clean, so I take a shower. While I'm in the shower my uncle knocks on the bathroom door and says "tony, open the door". I open the door, my whole body is wet from the shower and I have shampoo in my hair. He says, "didn't you think we would be able to smell you smoking in here?", I'm like "wtf, i'm taking a shower." He looks around and see's no smoke/joint or a piece and says, "well, the whole house smells like pot." I say "well I smoked part of a J at 2:30 and again at 4:30, but I was walking around the block. So he takes like 3g of my weed(which I just got yesterday). Thankfully, this time he didn't flush it. He left it on the table, so I'm going to grab it later on. Now, last Monday I got in trouble for tokin' in my room, and they said "you need to respect us and not smoke around us or our kids." I said I'm cool with that. Now I get in trouble for smoking it off the property. Now they are acting all fine about it. I guess my point is, how in the *fuck* did they smell pot that I smoked more than 6 hours ago while I was outside? I had the remainder of the J in my room in a drawer surrounded by those dryer sheets to hide the smell.

Weird man.

You shoulda used some axe or some shit, even if you did smoke outside the smell can still get on your clothes.

They could have thought they smelled it too. I've had my parents claim to smell weed when there wasn't any smell, they could have just gotten lucky with their guess.

My dad also said he smelled beer in my room like 3 nights in a row, and I've NEVER had beer in my room (vodka once, a LONG time ago) and he honestly thought I was getting drunk and drinking beer in my room.

Yeah, tonight I'm going to put a can of axe next to the door. I'll go outside and smoke, walk around the block a couple times, and when I get back I'll spray axe on myself. I'll also spray a bit of air freshener right before I go to bed.

carry it in your pocket, if they're non smokers, it is very possible they DID smell it, people who don't smoke (anything) have extremely good noses for anything that produces smoke... i've noticed this time and time again... just carry it in your pocket and spray yourself before you even walk in the door... you should consider yourself lucky too.... most people here wouldn't even be able to say "well i smoked a joint earlier, but it was no where near this house" without getting in deep deep shit for it....

Yeah, my uncle smokes cigs, but my aunt doesn't. It seems everytime I get in trouble for the smell my uncle says my aunt told him about it.

axe and air freshner is a sure proof way to get booked. sometimes parents get suspicious ur trying to cover something up. i reALly dont see the point to spraying anything if u didnt even burn in ur house

Well, they somehow knew smelled it this morning, so I'm going to spray lightly right before I go to bed.

Axe and other scented things may be a tip off, but its MUCH better to smell like axe than weed. If they ask why you smell like axe, just say you farted and it smelled real bad, or you were sweaty. If their like "are you sure you aren't trying to cover the smell of pot?" Then act offended and be like "Wtf are you gonna do that every time I spray some axe? Or maybe you rather I walk around smelling like sweat and farts all day?"

And as slip said, take axe with you man. Walk down the street and smoke, then spray some axe and walk home, then spray a teeny bit more before you go inside.

Yeah, well I've been in negotiation talks with my Aunt for about 40 minutes. I've been explaining why I smoke, how it makes me feel, how it affects the other aspects of my life and such. I think I may have showed her that I can be responsible with my use. If that is the case, they should have zero problems as long as I don't smoke in the house. Everyone cross yan fingers :cool:

Ya there is no way he smelled anything, must have all been in his head. I'm sure of it because last year, very stupidly, me and my friend would smoke like 6 bowls in my basement leaving one tiny window open for like an hour, and when we woke we couldnt smell anything. Also my parents had to work at like 8am and they didnt smell anything. And by the way for the future just smoke the whole joint, don't bother having a half smoked joint in your house because it will really make it smell.

Parents say shit like 'I smell beer/weed" from hours before just to piss you off by showing how good their smell senses are and they want you to know you ain't getting away with it.
Usually just not a good idea at all to smoke indoors.

The smell can stay in your clothes.
My friend who doesnt smoke weed who comes over and drinks all night then goes home to pass out, in the morning his mom comes in to check on him and always says he smells like weed and how much did he smoke....Yet he doesnt smoke weed, its SO hard to get him to take a toke .... The smell stays in your clothes ... especially outside when you're walking & smoking.
