In the course of all use of ganja, seeds are many times come across. Normally, people will pick these seeds out and toss them away.
Personally, I suggest you eat them :D
They're FILLED with protein and are quite good for your body. In fact, if cannabis seeds were sold in the same way peanuts were, we could all enjoy delicious protein filled seeds with virtually no fat attached.

Yeah, fresh seeds of a living plant are great too, especially if they're not quite mature and hard. They pop in your mouth and are nice and sweet :)
I dont get any seeds in my bud, in all my years of smoking i've only ever had 2 seeds and that was from the same bag, from a 1 off dealer, i never went back to him again. I dont pay for seeds stems and leaves, i pay for wll manicured skunky bud.
But, i have eaten my own cannabis seeds [i have thousands upon thousands of em] and they're not actually too bad, better though if you take the shell off and cook with them. You can also use them as an oil, a un-saturated oil.
Infact, cannabis seed is more nutricious than soya.

I use hempseed flour to make crepes.
For some reason I can get the batter much smoother than with regular flour.
But they're green and my mom thinks she could get high off them, lol!

I've never eaten my seeds lol, I used to smoke a lot of mex lol....so I've seen, smoked, had many seeds in my lifetime lol

I don't eat my seeds, that's just a waste. Maybe if I had thousands of them but if they are mature I'd feel like I lost a part of me if I'd toss them or eat them. I'd save them for growing. I remember one time I was picking a seed out of a bud and it fell and I was on the ground for like 10 mins lookin for it and finally found it :p. Btw buds with seeds in them doesn't mean it's not potent or wont get you fuckin high. Theres nothing wrong smokin bud with seeds in it. I mean of course I can tell the difference in Sinsemillia and seeded bud for damn sure but seeded bud can be just as strong as Sinsemillia if you smoke enough :).
