Have you ever felt like your face was a space ship?

Well, I have. It was pretty bad ass too. I took some big ass hits off of a waterfall. I've never tried one before, so I decided to make one this past saturday. At first I felt fine, so I decided it didn't work and smoke a half a bowl out of a pipe. Why did I smoke half a bowl? Well because I realized that I was getting really fucking high.

I threw myself face-down on my bed. I was very euphoric. For some reason, I wandered into my kitchen. I don't remember why. There was like, this buzzing/humming noise coming from behind where I was standing. I ended up getting 'stuck' in place and lost contact with my body and reality. I felt like my head was pushed down vertically and pulled out horizontally. I also felt like my head was whizzing really fast through my kitchen. I knew my body wasn't moving, even though I wasn't aware of it at the time. The best way I could describe it is that it felt like my face was a space ship.

What seemed like forever had passed, and then I finally snapped back to reality, temporarily. I told myself, I wasn't dead (I wasn't sure what was going on when I was in the spaceship mode!) and that I knew I'd be fine later. I realized it hadn't really been that long, maybe 5 minutes. So, I ended up slipping back out of reality again. This time, I don't recall what happened. It's like I just left. The best way I can describe how I felt was to compare it to the frames of a comic book. A movie is all continuous, like sober life. A comic book will show a frame and then time will pass and you can't see all of the events that may have led up to that point. For example, I was sitting at my kitchen table. I slipped away. When I came back, I was at my couch.

Eventually, I decided I'd call the friend who supplied me with the stuff. I wanted to know if there was something else in it. All the other weed I've smoked had relatively mild effects. But the first time I smoked from the little baggie I had, I got REALLY stoned. And then this time, I was slipping in and out of reality. I got a hold of her and found it pretty difficult to actually convey my thoughts, even though I was thinking them fairly clearly. She assured me it was just normal pot, but a different type. I kept getting 'stuck' around my living room. It was like there was a lag time with my brain and it's communication of my thoughts to my mouth or limbs. I slipped in and out even while I was talking to her. I even tried going outside in the freezing cold to snap a little out of it (it had been going on for quite a while and I was growing tired of it because I was there alone). I ended up getting a little 'stuck' outside, and felt like I was walking like an idiot, so I came back in. My friend was supposed to come over, but there was some issue, so I resumed my tripping alone.

I started my interesting experience at like 12:30-ish and I stopped slipping/getting stuck at around 3:15 or so. After that, I just felt really stoned and relaxed, which is what I was expecting to feel like to begin with. It was a pretty rad time, I would've preferred that someone was there with me, but I had no idea that could happen! I wasn't scared, but I did get a little nervous when I kept slipping and feeling disconnected from reality. I wasn't sure it was real or I was dreaming. Calling the friend made me feel OK. I still have a tiny bit of that same pot, I'm going to do my best to get that fucked up again. It was good times. I condone the use of waterfalls!! Best time ever! :jointsmile: I think I may partake after finals. Anyone else have an experience like this?!?!

Maybe your friend found Sativa buds? I'm going on a limb here but I've never heard of Indica being THAT trippy...

lmao that sounds great. ive never felt like i was a space ship or anything but sometimes i feel like the sky is a painting.. my one friend said he was an anchor falling through space once haha.. those were the good ol days.

i was just posting on another thread and mentioned sativa and it made me drool for it again hah. its like that right. around here tho, i dunno how i'd get it and even know it was sativa when i got it. (wouldnt trust somebody just saying/thinking it is). any suggestions for how i could be sure what i was getting?

yeah, I figured that it was probably sativa, but I really don't know. It was free, I got it from a friend for giving another friend a ride home. I read on erowid about other people's experiences last night, and it really isn't that uncommon, even though all the people I knew were convinced I was on acid. It was pretty intense, especially in the beginning when I thought I might be dead, but then snapped out of it and told myself no one has ever died from pot. lol. Losing all senses of reality was a different experience for me.

As soon as I leave my parents house and head back to my apartment, I will be finishing the last little bit of the awesome shit I have. I wonder if my smoking method had anything to do with the intensity of the experience...I made a waterfall. I'm a very new smoker, only a couple months or so, and before that experience, I had only used pipes (homemade and glass) and joints. I'm gonna try a waterfall again. That was amazing.

misspotn, ive definately been there and its the best high you can get. i like the way you described it, makes perfect sense. its funny because i too wondered if there was anything else in the bud i was smoking that would have such an effect.

well sometimes i get this weird thing that goes on when i am high.. sometimes i feal as if some one is gently grabbing my head and makes me look across to the right which can get annoying if i am watching a movie lol........

One time I felt like I was wearing skates. I was walking to the bathroom at Mellow Mushroom, and all of the sudden I couldn't feel my legs... I looked up and it just felt like I was skating to the bathroom. I was just rolling there, then I stopped and I couldn't get my legs back going again, so I was just standing there, right in the middle of the fuckin restaurant. I can't imagine how goofy my face was, having the expression of 'what the fuck is happening?'

I swear I thought everyone was staring at me, and I felt like crying at that point.

Then I finally snapped back into my bodily functions and was able to walk again, but I still couldn't feel my legs so I had that skating effect again. Awesome stuff. :D

Sadly, I haven't had such a profound and pronounced high like that since then. Damn. I did feel like I was being poked repeatedly on my back and face and the only part that didn't feel like that was my eyes and the area around my eyes. I did get that stuck feeling again, but just for like, a few minutes and it wasn't nearly as bad. I'm glad to hear that other people have had experiences like mine before, let's me know my shit wasn't laced or something.

when im on acid it is like that. it is really out of body but not totally. it is like my body is a robot and i am a tiny man sitting inside my head controlling everything like movemnts and stuff. a lot of good weed can kind of do it and can totally actually but still not nearly to that next level shit. it is like my body is a vessel and my mind is the pilot

I wanna try some kind of hallucinogen, whether it be salvia, shrooms, or acid. I've never really experienced any hallucinations before.

ive done those three. acid was easily the best of the bunch for me, salvia the worst

There is a way to do salvia that makes it more intense than any other drug.

You have to be in a dark room, with NO distractions. You smoke 2-3 hits within a 2:30 min period, holding each hit for 20-30 seconds. Then you just lay back on a bed or something, and you don't just see things; you are completely removed from the dimension and placed in a completely new universe.

That's what I've heard.

oh im not saying it wasnt intense it was the most intense thing ive ever done, just did it in a bad environment. believe me i wasnt in reality like i tried to reach back to normal reality and couldnt so i got all scared and really started freaking out. i think knowing what i know now ive done it again since but i think it lost potency like i only had a little five minute trip that wasnt intense at all

Oh, I see. Yeah that sucks if you didn't do it in the right place. Completely ruins your trip.

But what's good about that is if you have a bad trip, it's over in 5 minutes... but if you have a bad acid trip, you're fucked for the next 14 hours.
