Ah, ya same here dude I know exactly what you mean.
Are you being really careful to get all the leaves off and doing a good job getting all the stems out?
I've found that properly broken down mj rarely gives me a panic attack whereas when I get lazy and let it slide I find I commonly get panic attacks.
Also, try a water pipe. They seem to help cut down on the panic attack factor as well.

i like how i feel when im high and no panic at all, but sometimes i smoke and it makes it really bad.
i had panick attacks and i was takin bromazepam for a few months but i realized cannabis was doing much better job. Now i have stopped the pills and helped myself with cannabis, didnt have a single panic attack since then. My psychologists told me though that cannabis can create pannick attacks to some people (or make them worse) or work as a medicine and make em go away. I belong to the people that works as medicine :D:D:D:D
Weed can make you paranoid then trigger an attack. Just relax and count to 10.
I never got a panic attack from hash. Unfortunately, hash is rarer than hen's teeth around here.
Otherwise, I just tell myself, "Hey, I'm very stoned!", which is exactly why you lit up in the first place. :stoned:

So the only time I have trouble (a little paranoid) is with high strength Sativas especially on an empty stomach or with low blood sugar.
My G/F has not smoked in over 2 years because of it happening to her twice, it freaked her out that much.
I was controlling my panic attacks with counseling and celexa (actually quite a good drug for me) and recently went off the meds because they made me just not give a shit and avoid confrontation... and I REALLY needed to kick my boyfriend out... haven't gone back on, and I regularly toke before bed... only homegrown indicas, relaxing and stoney stuff, and haven't been having anxiety problems. I'm going to go talk to my headshrinker about it on Friday.
i get panic attacks a good bit. it feels like my heart's going too fast or too hard. might even get light headed, but i only get them when i smoke.
hate to hear about forcin the guy out... that sucks... especially if he knows about the grow... THAT makes me paranoid.

I haven't had a panic attack every since like my 6th time gettin high. You just have to understand if it's just weed then nothing will happen. And once you've faced every problem that could possibly give you a panic attack and learn how to control it you're free of anxiety and all of that :jointsmile:.
I had a couple anxiety attacks in H.S. I quit for a year, then went back to smoking.At the time I thought I was the only guy to have an attack.I thought I was going to die until it weared off.I now know more about MJ and don't have attacks anymore.
be comfterable with your surroundings completely, smoke where the thought of being caught won't even begin to enter your head... smoke with people you trust/know, basicly, weed enhances everything around you, so if you're trippin out, and being all paraniod before you smoke, there's a high chance all it's going to do is increase that, and vice versa...Quote:
