If you remember me tellin you all about my run in with those fine men in blue lmao!Sometime last year,well I was up in court only recently.Lets just say it was laughed out of court.The dick didnt know where to luck when the judge told him he was "wasting court time" by bringing such a small amount to court(nuff for a few spliffs).

I was well chuffed as you can imagine although still pissed those bent fuckers got away with me smoke(20 grams of the finest herb on the planet)this was not on the charge sheet,shock,horror yeh right hahahaha.I was tempted to ask about,how it magically disappeared into thin smokelol but thought otherwise.

If they are bent enough to STEAL someones smoke and not charge them for it they are capeable of far worse,you reckon?I have just one thing more3 to say to those who steal other peeps herb.

Ive had that happen too. In fact its happened twice (at least). Cops usually like to smoke too. The difference is they dont have to pay for it.

My brother used to work in MC Murder Burger in town a few years back and it was a regular thing back then for the cops to brag to him given he was a security guard they tought he was sound well he is but the point being they told many a story of lifting folks smoke . Im surprised the fcuker even went as far as taking ya to court over such an
insignificant amount of herb Kongo bro. . . .
And im somewhat more surprised the judge even bothered to impose the probation
act instead of maybe making ya pay a donation to the court poor box. . . .

I've been given back weed on a few different occasions over the last few years by
ol-bill that are not concerned about a bit of weed and know it's not a priority in most places
and know there real priority is to concentrate there efforts
on the coke,,smack and crack that's floatin around the streets,, as most of them
know that these are the real problems they must pursue... :smokin:

And the few muppets that did go ahead and take it to court were just eejits
lookin for brownie points on there record and were somewhat sickend when the
judge ordered that a hundred quid or summat was payed into the poor box!! :abduct:

I wouldn't tell them shit and I spoke to him like a true stoner and advocate of the sweet herb.The warrant was for Coke,some ratin bastard(probably some junkie fucker I used to know)said I was sellin from the gaff LOADA BOLOX.Not my scene,maybe a few years ago.

They didn't even search the house that well cause they knew I had fuck all especially when I handed him my herb box from the fridge.Wana see his eyes when he opened it lmao!probably the first raid he was on that had some decent shit lol.I nearly got fucked out by the council because of him like where would that have got him.It was just because I'm honest (probably to much so)and had an answer to all his questions without getting smart but being smart none the less.

As for the probation act lmao.I wasn't the only one up for a minute amount ,the two lads before me were much the same 50 quid and the other enough for a couple of spliffs.The judge gave the copper loads for wastin court time and said that "even if this was his 6th or 7th time to be arrested for simple possesion the most they would get was a small fine.This is a promising sign for us tokers.The judges realise its here to stay and once you aint makin money off it, who's being hurt?

I think you should continue to educate our young gardai, put in a few anon calls to Harcourt Street, let them come and search, make fucking sure the house is clean, and direct the poor little fuckers in their search, " don't forget under the mat", "oh, try down the jax", shit like that. get them to do 3 or 4 searches and then fuck them for harrassment.

Get in touch with council immediately and tell them you are being harrassed by a neighbour, then go to Citizens advise and get a mediator in place. Build up your defence it will soon get them off your back and you will be able to smoke in real peace.

I really wish there was a lobby group here where us adults could really do something about these sick and stupid laws. Last week I got half an ounce of some cunt, didnt check it, till I got home, someone put me onto him, so, I thought i was cool, when I got home, same story with therse young fucks selling, anything for profit, the shit was full of either cement dust or sand,. greedy motherfuckers pumping up their volume, and destroying a good products. If sand or cement dust was found in alcohol, the "healthy legal goverment approved sgit" there would be uproar.
