getting drunk is cheaper, but getting high is better.
$60 worth of weed gets me and 3-4 friends high for a week. $60 worth of booze gets me and 3-4 friends drunk for a night.Quote:

Eh who knows, I get drunk for other reasons. I do agree id rather smoke but I got better/also worse memories bein drunk then stoned.
Yeah, geting high is so much better than drinking. i've had a few too many tongnt and i'll prolly puke in the mornign. good thing about weed= no hangovers.
and weed is cheaper than alcohol for me. weekends at the bar (fri & sat), my bar tab is around 40 each night = 80 for 2 nights.
i can buy an 1/8 of bud for 50, and that will last me a week.
so yeah.
I can pull about 15 beers during a drunk session which is about 12.00 worth of beer....at the bar its ~50.
I usually smoke an ounce of shwag per week.....but then again i don't drink every night. Drinking is much more expensive.

Both alcohol and weed bring different aspects of my personality to the forefront. I tend to be more hyper and social when getting drunk as opposed to chillin out and listenin to some tunes when i'm high, but I guess that's just natural.
Basically though, if someone came up to me and said "tonight you can either drink or smoke, choose one" i'd choose weed everytime. :smokin:

Idunno here fellas. These are the facts I know from last night. I was at my dudes party, I drank a lot of tequilla, I drank a lot of beer, I smoked a lot of weed. and I just puked it all up in my trashcan at 9am. Here are the facts I dont know. I don't know how I got home, and I don't know what I did after about 1 am....I think....
either way I had fun as fuck and now i am smokin a bowl and gonna try to go back to sleep. I feel like a new man after that puke!
It goes pretty much without saying but, of course being drunk sucks in comparison to being stoned. Then again, being drunks sucks in comparison to anything. So don't drink and you won't have to worry about it.Quote:

Well usually I would be going with the crowd and saying,"heLLZ yeUH blazing beats drinking anytime!!" But unfortunately, since last Sunday I've been dry, and alcohol is all I've had access to. And I'm sorry to say I've gotten drunk every night since the day I ran out of herb. Not smoking for so long, and drinking so often, has caused me to come to the conclusion that drinking beats weed.. by a lot. The day I smoke a couple long awaited bowls is the day I will change my mind, I'm sure. Until then... I'm an aspiring alcoholic. :glugglug:

plus its fucked up gettin drunk as soon as you wake up in the mornin whereas gettin stoned isnt cuz it dosnt fuck up you're brain as much and u can still go on with you're daily things..

I like having use of my basic motor skills so being stoned beats being drunk any ol day of the week.

That's a pretty general statement don't ya think? In some situations like watching a movie...being high is better, and situations like Christmas parties, alcohol is better. I know what you meant, but you are wrong, its apples and oranges here, so you can't really compare.
I think thats the best way to look at the two, in some situations one is probably preferred over the other, though I would still probably smoke over drink in any situation. Nothing like a few games of beer pong with some good friends though.Quote:

I don't hate that many things about weed other than you can't just pull out a bong in Best Buy and lounge in front of one of those TV's you know you'll never see in your own house haha
im pretty drunk and high right now but i definately wish i was just high....i only drink on special occasions when i feel like it, but its straight i guess.!
