Up in the little green bar at the top of each thread on the right is a series of little icons, including the thread number. To the right of that number is a little set of scales. Click on those scales and you should be able to add to the person's reputation. Good luck!

I broke a brand new triple beam balance in 8th grade science class. My teacher was pissed. :(
