I was watching Everybody Loves Raymond and on one episode Raymond's wife would just sit on the couch and would make herself cry. I really haven't cried much lately but Ammie shared a story which brang some tears to my eyes and it felt cleansing. Well I got high at the park a few days ago and just sat there and tried to cry, I swear I cried like a baby for an hour. Painful memories just kept coming up, I guess I was repressing alot of stuff. Just thought I'd share:)

Sometimes a person needs to sit a spell and get out their emotions. Whether it's crying or laughing or whatever. I guess in a way, you could relate it to changing the oil in your car.

your a girl right? i cant remember the last time i cried, i almost did when i found out my dog died, but there were chicks around, so i just had to feel sad and not show it, but i dont think i even can cry anymore

Nothing wrong with shedding a few tears. I've been having a hard time this past year, and sometimes when I think about it too much, I cry. But hey, then I light up a J and all's well :D :D
