hmmm, i guess most do yeh, and if not male, hermie... i guess it depends on how quickly and how well you fix them afterwards ;)
Yeah hermies. Yuck.
That's one of the many uses of thiamine... reducing stress after an injury or transplant. Yay, superthrive.
i know males are not worth to smoke but what about hermies?
hermies r hermephrodites ,
he/shes
chicks w/ balls
peace
crispi
i know what it is..is it worth to smoke?
Have fun with the seeds! *pop* *pop*
Depends on how bad of a hermi. Mine are like 95% female, with just a few balls here and there. As long as you still get buds and don't mind picking out seeds, hermis will be fine.Quote:

are there any difference (generally) between seeds produced through self pollination in hermi's. than normal seeds
I've heard about creating feminized seeds using a "banana" which is a late developing pollen sack
Depends on how you got the hermi bananner... was it through the plant having herm-prone genetics, or did you apply gibberellin, or photoperiod stress?
Herms make fem seeds; yes, but I would not trust those seeds to not carry the herm trait unless I knew the grower put otherwise herm-free plants under a LOT of stress that would not be recreated in my growroom to acheive that end.
I tell you what...
I can be a pretty cruel master to my plants sometimes. I've been known to abuse them with neglect, or even by trimming off leaves in times of desperation for a quick smoke. (Don't tell me leaves don't get me high, because they do, just not as high as buds get me.) I've even screwed up the light cycle more than once because I don't use a timer.
And in all my years of growing I have only had one grow go hermie on me. I think it's because I got a batch of bad seeds.
Does stress lead to males and/or hermies? Not in my plants.
shouldn't a hermie that was self pollenated produce feminised seeds?
AAAAAK that was answered up the thread but you don't want those seeds in your garden unless you FORCED the hermi... if it occurred naturally then you are just going to get a bunch of hermi fems. Primarily female with balls. YOU DON'T WANT THAT.Quote:
