If you have some really strong smelling weed how do you make sure it doesn't stink up your room. Usually if theres only a 8th or so i'll just double bag it and put dryer sheets around it, but if i had 2-3 ounces in my room how could I get rid of the smell?

sealed container such as a metal cookie box.
first take a gram or 2 aside for immediate use, then put the rest in a sandwhich bag, wrap that up in plastic cling wrap, wrap it tight and use insane amounts of wrap, take another sandwhich bag, spray it with deoderant and put ure weed in there, should be smell proof enough
also big glass jars with metal lids may also work, i know it works pretty well with small quantities, not sure bout larger quantities though.....
i'd craft a wood box and staple layers of dryersheets outside of it
put the weed baggies in a larger dryersheetewrapped bag, and as getdown mentions don't forget to leave that gram out to toke
holy crap! A glass mason jar (the kind used to make jams and Preserves) is more then enough.

I use an empty prescription bottle (those little orange ones) with the sticker obviously removed so my information doesn't get out. Works well! Just make sure you wash it out first cause you might have some pill residue.

Go buy a mason jar or a cookie/herb jar with a rubber stopper on the lid. You'll know it's airtight if it hisses when you open it.
lol when i had 2 ounces sitting in my front room with my mum in there they were in £1 plastic boxes that were for storing thigs like beans or peas or tuna ect once its opened lol smell stayed in there and it kept ma weed fresh
Take an empty toilet paper roll and stuff it FULL of dryer sheets and then wrap 2-3 around one end and rubber band them so they stay on. Exhale through the other side and mostly the smell is gone. It'd still be a good idea to open a window because I just smoked in here using one and it still smealt up the place a bit. :stoned:Quote:

Nalgene brand water bottles (the unbreakable ones that are popular with hikers/backpackers) are great and essentially smell proof. The fact that they aren't in the least bit fragile gives them an edge over a mason jar, in my opinion, and they aren't that pricey at around $10. You could prolly stash around 1/2-3/4's of a pound in one too.
damn, you could put all your weed in a ziplock bag, then leave it in one spot for like 4 hours and then as long as you dont move it, it wont stink.
