i just got home from saturday school and i got my high times mag takin away
its soo fucking rediculous
i was just reading it and she was like whats the cover of that and i said high times and she sai thank you and just took it away
she made me write a letter to my mom sayin bullshit that i was sorry i took it to school
i mean its just a fucking magizine
i just needed to vent out sorry if this was a waste of ur time and also im dry so i cant calm down i want bud so bad
I wouldn't of gave the mag up.
i don't know what kind of school you go to but back when i was in school if a teacher tried to take something of you you refused to give it to them and if they persisted you told them fuck off
in here class she is the boss,,,you shouldn't be distracted with any mag...

School is public, but has needs to have differnet rules to keep the kids....in check? thats the way it was at my place anyway.

I'm also old enough to be your grandmother. I've toked for 40 years. I would have taken the magazine also. (May have read it later, though. ;) lol) It was inappropriate. School is like a business place. (In fact, school seems to be basic training for how to behave on the job.) You do not bring sex mags, like Hustler, or any magazine based on an illegal activity to work. To do so is in very bad taste and could get you fired. I hope that you can learn this lesson in discretion.
Incidentally, when I was a kid, I learned that as a "mousy" little girl, I could get away with a lot more, than my "bad-ass" brother! Mom and the school teachers, both, kept a close eye on him and he could hardly get away with anything. At the same time, I got to "spend the night with friends"- in other words, go out smoking pot and dropping acid in the desert! :D LOL You know, you've already blown it. If they didn't before, they have you marked as a toker. If there is a next time, claim you found it on the way to school and were just curious. Timmy, it's because, until we change the laws, our wonderful plant is illegal! Schools support the statis quo- they resist any radical ideas. So as long as cannabis is illegal, any positive mention of it (beyond hemp sails and ropes) will be forbidden in a school situation- at least until you hit college. And he was supposed to be making up school work hours, not doing "free reading". Saturday school around here attracts 3 types- those who just love to learn (rare), those who have been ill for a while and those who are struggling. If he is in either of the last 2 groups, he needs to be studying! And my school's policy is that if the parent requests the item to be returned, it is given back. I imagine his school is the same. So all he has to do is get his Mom to ask for it back!

Back in my day, we didn't let teachers push us around and do shit like this. There is 2 words to be used in this kind of situation, either "Fuck off" or "piss off" or "bugger off" or "leave me be woman!" :D Okay, that last one I made up, but really man, can't you say NO?!
Even if she didn't want it in her class, you could be polite and just put the magazine away.

SPOT on. This is how i was all the way through my education. I didnt respect teachers unless they respected me, and if they didnt i just wouldnt go to their class. imagine if youd bought a magazine to school about making pipe bombs, and it had articles in it about how to blow up the science lab, do you think the teachers would let you keep that?

darkside, its NOT stealing, confiscation of a magazine is okay, teachers are well within their rights to do it, im sure if he asked for the magazine back after school hed get it back, anyway how much does a high times cost, if its under $15 who cares, just get a new one
