I'm just wondering, I don't really have a problem with it because I don't do anything but weed.
A few months ago, there were always topics about shrooms, coke, acid, even people's trips. Nowadays they are strictly deleting or locking them. What caused the big uptightness about it? I realize this is a cannabis board, but why was it not enforced a while ago?
Just wondering, mods or anyone don't take offence.
It's the new rules, and I like it this way. No more dipshit threads about chugging cough syrup to get high, or chemical drugs that deplete your system to shit.
It's due to new ownership as well. New people=new rules.
New mods = New rules.

BUT, on the other hand, having knowledgable conversation from people who know the effects about different drugs (shrooms, acid, etc) may be helpful to some. Some people may want to read about people's experiences and really learn about the drug they are taking (or might take). I know I personally looked up a lot of information on some drugs I hadn't done before, and found many of the posts and topics here to be very useful.. in a sense of what amount should be taken first try, what you shouldn't do, what to expect, etc.. things like that. That's the only aspect of the 'other drug' thing on this site that I miss.

Well..what does it look like when this is a cannabis site and you read about 13 year olds chugging cough syrup to get a high. It makes us all look like dope fiends, and makes cannabis itself look worse.

Maybe they should make a compromise. Something like allowing talks on hallucinogens such as shrooms and acid, but banning coke, DXM, meth etc. conversations. I imagine it could work somehow.

I have been a member for a couple of years but only started posting a couple of months ago and I am glad there are no threads about getting high on anything but weed.
I do believe it says Cannibis.com, not getfuckeduponanythingincludingthekitchensink.com
