so ya i am going home tommarow and didnt feel like calling up everyone and having to deal with dealers. so i just cut off a nice 2 gram nugget off my tree and nuked it and now im ripped and happy! also very proud! i feel like a mom, ya no i raised this dam plant to be one beautifull girl and the smoke is great.
a little zezty from the nutes i just feed her tho :o
somehow i know if i grew bud, i wouldn't be able to resist it, period... lol... it just.. wouldn't work... i might last all of a day or two once those buds just started looking fucking beautiful... then i'd be like "oh what's the harm, just a couple bowls worth, it won't hurt anything" i know this becasue i'm always trying to let resin build up in my peices but as soon as i run outta bud, i get all the resin i can... the ONLY way i can go a day or two without getting high, is if i have absolutely nothing to get high off of...
Never have tried nuking... Heard it worked, but always had doubt. But its really up to you if you want to, if you have nothing, and you want a quick "something", do it. It would be better to wait because later that nug you plucked off with be a lot more chronic...In most cases... :D
Well I have never gotten that far with my plant's growth but if I did I don't think I would...unless I did it just for a little sample :).
depends on how big the plant is and how badly it would actually effect it, shit just get enough clones and take a whole clone to urself early :D
I don't grow (yet) but I think I would only snatch an early bud if I was close to harvest. More of a sample to check for peak potency. It wouldn't be a gram even, but a small bowl-pack.

If you have a small nuggie at the bottom that you wanna nuke while you wait for the whole crop to dry and cure properly, that's cool. I personally would just buy a bag and wait. Then of course, when you get your perpetual garden up and running, you will have enough not to worry about pilfering your crop early.

I NEVER snag buds early, ever! Patience is key when it comes to growing, and picking a bud off early that is filled with nutes still, dried in an over...eeew, no thanks, I'll just wait, it's worth it. I don't want my hard work to go to waste by super drying a small, undeveloped bud, that's filled with nutes still. That's such a waste.
So, no. :)
Taking a small bud won't harm anything..
It's always maximum 1½ weeks before harvest I sample.. They have a ½ week to dry in and then they last me about a week until harvest... Then comes the difficult part.. Dead drying plants, that you can't smoke. :p
