I like block cheese. My fav. is Guda (sp?) cheese. It's a dutch, white cheese, that has little spices in it. It's very good on bread, or crackers or whatever. I'm a dutchman so I was raised on cheese. :p

I put Feta on like everything..

I love colby-jack and camambert

Austrian Smoked Cheese Sauce is damn nice.

you know the french and thier fancy-pants cheeses come to america thinking ''american cheeze, i must try zees'' and are led down a long, dissapointing road of fake orange cheese-food lies. they must think we have no taste. its sad when your country's cheese icon is hardly cheese at all
