No, the only crime is that weed is illegal.
im above the law.
Im a criminal because I enjoy being high? Are you drunk?
Yes I do, i feel as though I am doing a bad and evil thing that is killing me on the inside and harming the people close to me. *hits his pipe* I believe that smoking marijuana will be the death of me, and i will burn in hell for.
As the fuck if.
I don't consider myself one. Sure, I smoke pot, and in society I suppose that is a crime, but to me it's as harmless as taking a shit.
I don't steal, or rob people, or beat random people up, or vandalize...I admit, I was young once and I did do those things, except beating random up. I only did that if I had a reason. I don't do it anymore though.
If you buy weed you are often supporting criminals I suppose.Quote:

I suppose in a way, but I get mine directly from the grower himself, and well, from me. :DQuote:

No, I don't consider my self a criminal. Other than these bs Cannabis laws I haven't done anything that's wrong enough for me to be considered a criminal.
But god also said obey the laws of your country. didnt use the word country but that is what it meant. like land where you reside or something.
I don't consider myself a criminal, no. But the truth is I did break the law in order to obtain medical weed for my sister to use last summer, and I guess I broke the law again by smoking it with her.
I'm not the criminal type. And it makes me sick I had to violate the law in order to obtain a medically helpful substance for my sister. These days, I make the choice not to buy weed or smoke it because, whether I agree with this or not, it still is illegal--and because the risk for potential complications to my life, my husband's life, and my career as a physician in training is too great. I fully admit I'm perhaps overly cautious, but the stakes just seem too high for me to take the risk. And besides, I signed an ethics/honor agreement at the beginning of the school term promising I wouldn't use illicit drugs (or cheat or break the law in any other way).
The fact that I can't legally use weed is a source of great consternation to me. I enjoyed the toking I did with my sister last summer. And I enjoyed the toking I did back during my undergraduate years. I have all the makings of a great stoner, and I will forever be a passionate advocate for its use, particularly medically.
I hope I'll eventually live to see the day when cannabis is legal and easy to obtain for people like me. When that day comes, I'll be the first one in line for it.
I don't but my probation officer thinks so for the next 55days.
criminals cant read :)
I've got arrested acouple times but I dont consider myself a criminal, I mean maybe sometimes, not officialy though.
.... no, not at all...
Well, I break the law, which is a crime, so sure, I'm a criminal. I *shouldn't* be, because the laws are wacky, but I am. Ironic, really, because I'm really a decent guy. I don't do anything that negatively affects others. I have exactly one traffic ticket in my entire life. I've gone out of my way to never accept help from the government (welfare, food stamps, unemployment), even when I was eligible to do so. I've served in our armed forces, with at least enough distinction to earn a combat patch, a few medals and an honorable discharge. Other than smoking pot, I'm about as UNcriminal as you can get.
Hopefully someday, they'll equalize the marijuana rules with the alcohol rules, which is I think the way it should be. Until then, I guess I will remain a criminal. A benevolent criminal, but still, a criminal.
I'm a hardcore criminal yo'
I think of myself as a revolutionary.
I have lied for weed
I have stolen for weed
god never said that. god said to stand up for him no matter what the law says.Quote:

I feel this applies to cannabis laws as well. One day I hope to see it fully legalize and tolerate. We should use hemp more too, it has A LOT of great uses. It would just be much smarter to use hemp.
yeah i think i am considered one if ive murdered my family.
i think thats a tough question to answer. i guess if "breaking the law" makes you a criminal and possesion of weed is a criminal act then i suppose we all are criminals. but part of that question has to do with standing up against laws sometimes. laws never stopped people doing from what they set out to do. its a act of controling the society. i know i sound like some conspiracy freak but its true. but personally i think i was a criminal long time before i smoked weed. i mean running a red light, that make me a criminal? i think we need to look at it in degrees. we didnt murder anyone, we didnt rape anyone, we didnt abuse anyone. i think herb lovers everywhere just rather smoke a bowl than drink a beer. is that a crime? maybe...but is it going to stop us? no way in hell. sometimes you need to judge the law for yourself. ie: personally i think prostitution should be legal EVERYWHERE because i believe its a harmless crime if they take care of themselves and being clean and what not. but are they criminals? they are just trying to make a living so why use the C word? i think its an ugly question personally and if your a rooting pothead you should be trying to turn this criminal act into a completely legal act and not embracing the criminal act ya know? just my two cents.
Well ive bin arrested a few times for petty things
nothing that really affected anyone other than myself, and i smoke ganj
:smokin:
so lock me the fuck up
yes
dude, you are a complete criminal/fucking retard!!!!Quote:

( www.myspace.com/ronclark151 ) just read the headline!!!
the only criminals are the government that took control over a harmless plant and took it out of its natural habitat
(*phhhhh, im pissed)

No, I am not a criminal, no more than alcoholics. And anyways, bud smoker or not, who hasnt done something illegal sometime in their life?

Sure it's fucked up to do something like that, I don't approve of it either, but he felt later on that what he did was wrong, and hopefully drawn his conclusion.
Btw Nofx, if you believe in karma, why did you steal the Ipod in the first place?
And on-topic now:) I've asked myself this question before, and the answers remains an obvious no. IMO it's absurd to be considered a criminal for smoking a plant.
As far as im concerned a crime is something that affects others. Smoking cannabis doesnt, in any way at all, ever imaginable.
Smoking a plant isnt a crime, no matter what the government say, it's only thought of as a crime because that's what they called it, doesnt mean it IS though does it?
It's the same with cannabis being called a drug, it's only because they called it a drug that people assume it IS a drug, but in reality, just because THEY say it's a drug doesnt mean it is does it?
No, exactly.
The government need to concentrate on making the world better, not persecuting a plant that has done no wrong.
I agree with LIP:ANY laws against cannabis are NOT laws. They are JOKES
That's why we're not criminals!!!!
When I think of criminal I think of some dritbag that'd mug some old lady for 20$ or break into your car. I don't think of myself as a criminal, but I know technically I am one.
Hell no. I dont see anything wrong with it. What I dont understand is why is it illegal.
Thats a good question by the way. mad props
*I'm baked*
Laws are always meant to be changed, broken, and ammended. Some people considered george washington and thomas jefferson criminals because they were "breaking the law". But in the USA we consider them heros and patriots because they stood up for what they believed. I think the laws against Mary Jane are not right. And while I would never consider myself a patriot for smoking pot, I do believe that I am standing up for what I think is right by choosing to smoke and accepting the risks! My 2 cents anyways!
fictionally speaking, hell yes.
i love the fact that everybody's got another personality in the inside, that hides a lot of things that have been done.
mine should be in jail by now, or better yet, in hell.
:blueknife:
I guess I am a criminal. I've definitely broken some (man) laws and probably still do. But I am definitely not an evil person or commit any evil act.
