I need SOMEONE to share this with!!

Okay you guys might not care but I am so freakin' happy that I just wanted to share it with anyone who is willing to let me

My Government class is the HARDEST class I have ever taken in all my life and 2 and a half years in college.
I took this class as a filler because it worked in with my schedule.

LITTLE did I know what I was getting myself into.

The first exam, I MISERABLY failed, like, LESS than a 50% on it.
Anyway..I worked freakin' hard as shit for the next exam, still thinking I was going to fail and suck miserably and pretty much had nearly lost hope, and all I wanted to do was at least PASS with the lowest grade possible.

Anyway...I just got it back and I CAN'T FREAKIN' BELIEVE IT BUT I GOT A MOTHER FUCKIN' "B" on it! THATS RIGHT...ABOVE AVERAGE in A class that you can't even IMAGINE how stupid it makes me feel because I just can't even understand half the shit the teacher is talking about.
(The reason the class is so hard is due in large part to the teaching styles of the teacher-which is quite unfortunate.).

ANYWAY, I feel really amazed that I pulled this off...never in my life would I have expected that! He even wrote on the test that this was the best work he has seen from me.

I guess studying stoned REALLY worked out for me!! SHIT MAN.

Being a university student I can relate, owning a test can really pump you up. Congratulations!

Excellent job, Tallulah! That's awesome! Too bad he's a whacked teacher, though. Those are the worst when you know they're making learning harder because they really aren't very good at their jobs. Be sure and put some of those details about his less-than-stellar teaching on your end-of-semester evaluation. The deans and department chairmen really do look at those evaluations, and when the constructive comments come from smart, hard-working students, they listen even more carefully!

Im taking this history 101 ancient civilizations course, and the whole first 9 week period I swear I didn't take barely ANY notes...

The last 30 minutes before the test, me and my friend reviewed his notes...

I got a fuckin B on it somehow...and my friend got an F...and so did a a lot of all these 30 yr olds in my class n shit. Was fuckin crazy...

failed the last one though...didnt prepare enough I guess...fuckin ROME

It was in essay form though, and im relatively good at those. Cuz I know how to write to where it sounds awesome lol.

Yes, I plan on doing that. Maybe getting other students together and doing the same.

The exam involved NO multiple choice whatsoever and was worth 144 points! It was ridiculously hard...but seriously...wow...I never thought I'd see the day that I would be a B on something like this...

It's okay, I completely failed History 101. History is really hard, a lot of memorizing involved. That class about killed me. I will never take another history class again...as interesting as it was. I did learn a lot though! I guess just not enough.... I suck at tests. I hate classes that ONLY consist of exams(which was how my history 101 class was)..I even had a good teacher too.

That's so excellent. I mean it. I'm very proud of you--and for you! I have some B's on my record that I'm far prouder of than any A's I could have ever earned, that's for sure. Doesn't that make you all the more happy going into the holidays?

Yeah...thats how my history class is...there is no classwork or homework involved.. the whole grade consists of the midterm, final, and an essay

My teacher is pretty cool though. its a 2 hour and 40 minute class and its really hard to sit through because he doesnt stop talking...we get like a 15 minute break...I mean ive learned a lot, and a lot of it is really interesting...I guess its just the details that get me.

Makes me feel great! Except for the fact that I have another Exam in an hour. But her thats all multiple choice, no problem there..but as soon as thats over, then my break begins!!!! Yaaay.

I am a Psychology major(As are most crazy people!)...

This class just happend to work into my schedule well..(Why I decided taking a 2 hour long 8am class that is all lecture..I will never know. It is really a punishment).

Plus, I thought it was a good thing to gain some knowledge of....

I wasn't stoned for the exam though however.
Studying stoned really helped me thoroughly think through what I was trying to learn, and it amazingly was a good thing. Who would have ever thought?

One time I took a test high (One of those long ass boring multiple choice where the questions and answers were both huge paragraphs and it was annoying as fuck to read) but...the high helped me focus and thoroughly read everything...Im pretty sure i would have half assed it otherwise

ha ha --i thought of that once ,,but im sort of a perv ,,i would of used it against people,,,

but i do think it is a SATISFING carrer....any thing where you help other people out and they get happy is a GOOD JOB!

i went to UTI auto classes before CHICAGO ART INSTITUTE,,and i must say
my little spiff with working in a AUTO shop was cool,,,yes it was dirty and my knuckles were always bloody,,, BUT____when you did a BIG job or something people consider hard ,,,and the person drives away happy and never complains YOU FEEL GREAT ..

ill bet you'll get the same feeling someday ...

Exactly, I want to help people. I feel I have a lot to offer people especially with my past. I am really looking forward to it. I really would like to help foster children or do group therapy with people.
Who knows though, I am crazy and impulsive...this all may change.

Oh just growing up with a really horrible dad...and a young poor alcoholic mother...moving around a lot..going to like 9 different schools. Basically being raised by my grandparents.....dealing with alcoholics and drug addicts..mom marrying a crazy man and having 3 new step siblings who were equally as crazy..and yes even some other things that you probably don't want to know about..

However everything has worked out for the better and I consider myself a VERY lucky person and my mother is my HERO...and my Grandparents and I are very very close.

Don't have much to say bout my dad, except that hes really weird...and has a whole new family now and such..

my dad was in a biker gang and left town alot ,,,my mom was a drug addict
and did horrible thing to me and my sister..

after gettin thrown around 5 foster homes my grandma and pa grabbed me not my sister and moved away ...they moved around alot ,because they were retired i was able to see tones of cities and countries .

my sister dissapeared to another state and my dad got locked up for manslaugter.....after he got out when i was about 12 my grandma couldnt contain me any more so she gave me back to my dad and a new step mom who was really horribe...
my real mom died ,,,my grandpa died and my dad died a year ago ..
i have been through 14 diff schools and 16 therapists..

thats funny --i couldnt beleive my eyes when i read your post above ..lol

let me guess your very opionated with your friends ,,you feel like you should of been a star or something and you like to eat fast food ...
your extremely clean but you dont care about your cars interior and
you look at your self in the mirror alot always trying to get it right..

Holy shit you're startin' to freak me out now. You have had alot of worse shit than I happen to you, but nonetheless it is still odd that you ask that I am a virgo. Because I am in fact a Virgo/Libra, right on the cusp.

I wasn't put into foster homes or anything, I was lucky enough to have a mom who did struggle a lot so I stayed as happy as I could. She did her best, and although looking back it seems a lot harder now than it seemed to me than...I learned a lot, and I gained a lot.
My car is extremely dirty haha..and my apartment is near spotless.
However, I do not eat fast food. I am more of an organic/natural non eating meat freak.
Oh, and yes I am very opinionated...don't feel like I should have been a star but I definitly feel like I am on this earth to make a difference and I have somethin' not every has... :)

I did the therapist thing, my mom and school made me. I never wanted to get help, so they were never able to help me..I tried the anti depressant thing, and I hated that..
SO now here I am makin' the most of it and I am pretty happy with my life...and my family, and friends. :)

he's in iraq now ,and when he got in a accident he called me from the hospital and i answered are you ok ...it was weird

You are kind of more on the cusp of cancer/virgo..but I would say your mainly a virgo.

I am Sept. 23rd.

My dad was and still is a harley man...haha.

My mom was freshly 23 when I was born and my dad was 38(yeah..weird..)

I find Virgos and Libras are really good at making weird connections with people. That is like...our reason for living or something. We are good at it. :)
