I'm SICK of indica and ignorant dealers.

Ok, so I'm at a party, I leave for like 30 minutes to smoke a blunt. Its REALLY good stuff, and I'm high and I'm talkin about sativa and indica to my friends. They have NO fucking clue what it is. So then I call the dude I bought from, and I ask him what it is. His response is"What the fuck are you talking about, I never heard of this before." I just got pissed and hung up.


So I get back to the party, and I realize I'm just gonna chill. I wanna go do stuff and get up and move around or something, but I just can't. Chillin on the couch is my only option. By that time I'm incredibly tired too, and its only been like an hour after I smoked. I hated it so much. This happens EVERY time I get high, and I hate it sooooooo much.

lol... I always forget the difference between sativa and indica? is there a thread on it somewhere?

VERY RARELY do i EVER just sit on a couch and veg out. whenever i smoke, im always out doing things. (most bud is a hybrid of sativa and indica anyway.) so just smoke, hop on a skateboard, grab a walking stick, hop on a bike, and enjoy.

Nobody talks about indica sativa its just not a conversation piece. Its weed bro although i do know what it is im not going to say wow this a good sativa strain. It just gets too much into it. Just relax and have a chill time no need to show up your friends with useless information, unless ofcourse you are growing.

around here all you can get is sativa i kind of want an indica strain so i can paly my guitart sative strains make you to jittery and its impossible to play well.

no one i talk to actually has the respect for weed that i do, enough to learn as much as they can about it. so ill bring up a few facts about sativa and indica, and all theyll say back is something like...

Big time pot dealer i know sells pounds@atime knows his strains, but doesnt even know what sativa is when i ask.

I prefer sativa also. No one I know who I haven't told knows about indica or sativa, they just think of it as 'skunk.' I tell them skunk is a strain but then they tell me skunk is every type of weed =/ Anyway, this site definately helps defeat ignorance. As do I, day by day.

Funny, i love Indica. And yeah, you'd be surprised how little dealers know, only dealer that grow really understand. That annoys me, they know nothing about the product they're selling. Same goes for strain names they give people, they have no idea.

Yeah, I fucking hate it when people don't want to know anything about weed, therefore they waste a lot of money on overpriced regs and don't even care cause 'as long as it gets you high'. When they complain it sucks, I'm like 'I told you so!' Oh well, more blueberry for me. fuckin idiots.

Don't get me wrong. I love indica,as i love sativa. It all depends on the mood im in. :D

Its because of the longer flower time of sativa and the buds arnt as dense so selling it you have less yield in the same time as indinca. Grow it.

The thing with sativa is the time it takes to grow, so its pretty rare to buy on road, then when you can finally get some you get people who have no idea goin around like 'fuckin hell! space weed!' and then the cockend dealer who sold it too them who also has no idea is like, wait, i can charge stupid prices for this... and so they do, and then you get people like me who know enough about it come along and have to pay £25 - £30 just for 1/8 of crappy ass sativa (which im not a great fan of) just because some fuckin retards (including the dealer) dont know the difference between sativa and indica.

Learning as much as you can about weed is something everyone should do, that way you have more chance of actually getting good deals, its for your own good...

I swear, with the shit weed goin around here nowadays, (if i had a good contact) i could out-sell the shit weed and get it off these streets AND still make a profit, my only problem is.. who am i gonna get it from...?

The majority of strains are a hybrid of some sort. So in reality it is EXTREMELY rare that anyone is ever getting 100% indica or 100% sativa strains (even rarer for sativa). Most people don't know the difference, or have ever even heard of either though.

Its hard to ever be sure of whether or not bud is indica or sativa, so you cant blame your dealer for not knowing.. thats absolutely ridiculous. Most dealers see a lot of different bud so they cant be keeping track or anything..

Yea around here its either mids,dro,kush, or purp. Very few dealers know the actual strain they are dealing or if its sativa or indica.

Hmm, I seem to love the strong stone indica provides, just sit back with your favorite people and play your favorite music.

By the way for future referance, the pure indicas and sativas that grow are normally called landrace strains, and yeah, it's not easy to find them.

Like dutch said, almost all strains are hybrids between the two, it's not the hardest thing in the world to find a pure indica, just gotta know the right people, IE growers, but sativa, well, thats some hard shit to find.

They'll have plenty in africa tho.

For me it's all about variety. When you grow indoors you'll learn quickly that true Sativas take a long time to flower and can get too tall for indoors even topping/training. But, we who luv that up speedy high grow em anyway. My favorites are Kali-Mist and SSHaze(not full sat) at the moment, but each of the 10 strains from last 2 grows are great in their own respect. Have 7 strains going to flower today, C99 being one and also the type of high that I enjoy the most. I'd encourage everyone to grow and grow varieties of strains from Indica to Sativa and hybrids between. Sensi Star is an Indica that although have only grown 1 female it was an up high!

Yeah its about variety for me too. I tend to get "bored" of strains after they are all I am smoking for a while, meaning I feel like I get a weaker high.. so I like to have at least two or three different types of bud on hand just so I can switch it up a little.

last time my dealer gave me some fresh, sticky buds, but they must have been mainly indica (or all indica) b/c it was awful, I mean, I got high, but all I wanted to do was sleep. It was like, medical weed. Not my thing.

So this time I ended up with a bag of shake (got charged the same price as for the nice fresh buds) and initially I was pissed but man... it is way different than the last batch. Did I mention it tastes like oregano? Anyway at first I was pissed and was going to complain but once I tried it I realized that I liked it a lot. It lasts a long time, at least an hour or two longer than most I've tried.

I think the strain IS important, very important. But I can't tell by looking, only by smoking it... I'm kind of a newb .

I'm young (15) and I prefer indica cuz I like relaxing after smoking, instead of being active, that's what I do at school and work.

I wish I could grow sooo badly. I think I'm gonna do an outdoor grow in the summer, but there is a problem. I can't order seeds because I'm only 14. If I do grow it will be indica, unless somewhere along the line I get sativa. I doubt I will with the way things have been going lately though.

yeah sativaa is a really twitchy high, it's annoying

I dont even bother with asking about sativa or indica. All i get around here are stupid kids all saying they have "purple haze" or "white widow" or whatever name they herd on TV ( im in highschool )

yes, and we can ALL obvisoly tell you dont grow or know the first thing about it, i mean if youre going to smoke something/anything you should know where it comes from and what it is..... if i handed you a bunch of mixed shit in a cup and said it would make you "high" would you just chug it down...... and yes it is the same difference

anyone heard of ruderalis... its the 3rd and most "non talked about" strain group

it flowers by life cycle instead of light cycle, it can be fully flowered under 24/0 lights and is usually found in russia
