Could i get medical with my recent diagnosis?

I am have recently been diagnosed with insomnia (it is in medical records for up to 2 years now, situational depression, i have acid reflux which acts up with stress, and a decreased appetite. I go to school in AZ where i wont be risking getting arrested for smoking, but i live in southern california (legal residency). I have tries lunesta, simply sleep, melatonin, and O Rozerum.

I do know that when i smoke i eat a lot (of course), i sleep AMAZINGLY, and my self esteem and overall happiness is greatly increased.

Do you think i could get a medical card with these conditions?

PS, i did break my break 3 years ago, and still have pain (in medical records) does that matter?

sry it was late last night, i was having trouble falling alseep, i broke my back.

well if you broke your back and it still causes you pain, id consider that chronic pain, and if you can get an MMJ for scoliosis, chronic back pain sounds pretty reasonable

im no doctor, but it would sound pretty reasonable to me.

I'd give you MMJ, but if i had my way, i'd give EVERYONE weed, and if they didnt want it... i'd force them to smoke it.

and if they didnt smoke it, you could put 20 htis of acid in their drink...

I am not surprised at all. The literature shows that pot has been used for eons for insomnia. Try using it just at bedtime and the munchies needn't be a problem. Sleep also works wonders on the rest of our functioning including self esteem and happiness.
